Ask G S about Days Inn Buena Park

This is totally unacceptable and makes me very angry that your stay was disrupted by our neighbors. I'll be reminding the staff to call police regarding the noise issues. There are noise ordinances that do not allow disturbances that you had!

Just for reference, as a hotel guest, you can always call the police as well if there are noise disturbances and the hotel isn't sufficiently taking care of the issues.

I'm sorry to hear about your stay! If you'll let the front desk know about any issues, we can often move you rooms. The room sounds like it's not up to our standards and the housekeeper assigned to the room will need to be reprimanded.

We can always move you rooms if it's too noisy. Just let the front desk know and we'll try our best to help. I've slept in the rooms and I've found turning on the air helps to drown out the noise.

In fact, even at home, I've become accustomed to always having some kind of "white noise" to help me sleep. I know it helps the babies sleep better as well!
