I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience. Our housekeepers clean from 9AM - 5:30 PM, so it's possible it was toward the end. Please let the front desk know about any issues for the fastest response.

Sometimes the housekeepers can't read English, so a note in the room may not help much. We can offer room changes if there are any issues with your room.
