This hotel has a very convenient location. The suite that we had was just right for our family of five. The bed was comfy but kind of old. Bathroom was ok. Our room was on the first floor in front of the dining area and on the other side was a parking lot and the only noise that we heard was the footsteps of the people on the second floor. There was a limited selection of breakfast but it gets crowded at times. Staff was kind. This hotel looks like it was around for sometime already but it is properly maintained. Price is just right and very near Knotts Berry Farm. This is a good place for a family on a budget.

We stayed here four nights on our family Disneyland trip. Our party had three rooms with eight people total. All of our rooms were nice and clean. They come with a living area with a nice flat screen tv, couchbed kitchen sink fridge, microwave and dining table. The bedroom also has a nice tv. There is a door to seperate the bedroom and bathroom from the living room. The free breakfast and pool were excellent. The staff was also great! Our shuttle driver Valerie was awesome she went out of her way to get us lunch on our way back to the hotel after our first day at Disneyland. We had a great stay! Thank you for helping make our trip a memorable one!

Three of us stayed at this Radisson in October to visit Disneyland. The location is very nice as you can walk to many restaurants and even Knott's Berry Farm. They offer a scheduled shuttle to the theme parks and a cook-to-order breakfast.
The hotel is set up around a courtyard with a tropical feel and a nice pool & hot tub. The rooms open up to the courtyard and have outside doors & walkways. While this looks pretty, it's not very good for a sound sleep if you happen to draw the short straw and have to sleep on the small sofa bed in the living area.
I know it's part of the great Disney experience to be surrounded by kids - but it's not very nice for parents to allow them to thunder down the walkways and scream at 6am!
The service upon check in was swift and friendly. They were knowledgable about the shuttle and operating hours at the parks. The lobby is very pretty in a mission-style decor. They even have free computers to use and a small gift shop.
I liked the layout of the suite - a living area with a sofa bed and chair plus a table and chairs. There was even a small wet bar area with a very cold mini fridge, small sink, microwave and a huge mirror - nice for extra prep area for three woman! The bedroom had two comfy beds, a big tv and huge closet. Dividing the two spaces was the bathroom with had nice fixtures and fluffy towels. My only complaint about the room was that it felt very hot and the sheets and carpet felt a bit damp - but then it had been raining for the previous week.

This hotel was offered to us from my mother-in-law using her RCI points. It was a great offer by her.
We checked in on Saturday and was given a suite with 2 double beds. That was not very comfortable for my husband and I so we asked on Sunday if we can be moved, and they quickly made that happen for us. The rooms were clean, nice, and overall kept up to date. They have a fridge, microwave, and extra sink in the kitchenette, that was very handy for us.
During our stay we had a few questions and needed some help with touristy things and we found that Sam and Ramon were very helpful, polite and more than I was expecting.
We had full free breakfast every morning, that was very good.

The only comment I have is the equipment in the fitness centre needs to be maintained better. The treadmill to left (facing the T.V's) didn't work, and there was only one other one left.
You will enjoy your stay here, and feel very safe and comfortable.
