Upon arriving the building itself from the outside looks a little on the older side and I did not know what to expect. As we entered the lobby I was pleasantly surprised by the old spanish home architecture. The lush green landscaping was true to the online photos. It was a change from the usual places we stay on Harbor Blvd where most likely there will be a traffic jam of Disneyland visitors. The room was not as large as some 1 bedrooms I have stayed in but it met our needs. The furniture was nothing extraordinary but it did its job. A sleeper sofa with a table and chairs and a sink in the living area was a room of its own for my children. The sink area doubled as a vanity. A good room, free breakfast and a free shuttle to and from Disneyland pretty much sums up why we made the choice to stay here. Now for breakfast, not bad at all, if you appreciate a made to order omelet which is the highlight of the meal. Other than that everything else was mediocre like the hashbrowns, eggs, fruit, the tiniest french toast that I have ever seen but they were kid friendly. One day there was fresh fruit the next there wasn't. Some consistency would be nice. There were no assortments of breads just some 99cent looking stuff that was getting hard. Housekeeping never quite got it right for a 3 day stay, maybe one day out of the three our room was cleaned properly. I know for sure the counters weren't cleaned and on the last day we didn't get fresh towels. Shuttle service actually would have been a great convinence if they weren't 45 minutes late picking us up from Disneyland. We scheduled a pick up for 5pm and if we knew they were gonna be so late we could have stayed and watched the parade. We opted to upgrade our annual passes so it would include free parking. So sad, it was my birthday so I didn't want to get upset over the little things but you expect to get what you pay for. It was quiet and not busy at all for a Valentine's weekend. The location is great you are right down the street from Knottsberry Farm and Pink's Hot Dogs, Medieval Times is right next door and you have the Movieland Wax Museum across the way. It wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best is all I can say about that.
Choose a room near the elevators if you do not want to walk far from the parking lot.

We are pleased that you enjoyed our old spanish home architecture, the lush green landscaping that are true to our online photos, your guest suite, free cook to order breakfast buffet and complimentary shuttle to and from Disneyland, we are concerned about some of the service issues you experienced during your stay.
You traveled a long way to relax and enjoy a very special occasion that was your birthday. We sincerely apologize that we did not exceed your expectations….. which is certainly our goal. I will pass your comments about the housekeeping issues, breakfast and the shuttle onto the appropriate department managers so we can correct those issues.
We are in a great locaton with Knott's, Medieval Times and Pirates Dinner Adventure all with-in walking distance of our hotel, however, please note that the Movieland Wax Museum is no longer in operation.
Let us assure you that we will use your feedback to help us to improve and hope that on your next visit to Buena Park that you will give us another chance to prove that we can do better. Please note that the Movieland Wx Museum is no longer in operation.
