I went to a wine tasting at Anura Vineyards. The staff were very friendly & the cheese & wine suburb. I purchased 12 x bottles of wine on departure. On opening a bottle a few weeks later, I discovered it to be horrendously undrinkable. Absolute rubbish. Shocking that they were even selling it. I opened a second bottle to check as perhaps it was only the one. The second one was just as bad. When I returned the wine to the estate, the owner, didn't have the decency to apologise or come out and chat to me. He hid in his office telling the staff that he WON'T refund me for the bottles that had been opened (even though I had returned them to prove they were rubbish). What a greedy, selfish person. I will NEVER put my foot back at ANURA VINEYARDS. You have been warned. They are quick to take your money & very reluctant to give it back.

The name of the wine purchased.
The staff member (if you can remember) name
The amount of wine purchased.
Did you enjoy your experience of Anura? (Obviously before you returned home and found that you were unhappy with your purchase?)
Have you returned wine to wine estate before?
