There were 6 in our party , 5 adults and 1 child and this review was a combination of all the opinions as they did differ greatly. The place has cafe style tables but some of the food is trying to be more restaurant style which makes it a strange combination. The kids fish and chips went down well and the clam chowder was creamy and good consistency but not as spicy or tasty as Spud Bay Cafe. The crab ravioli was good but could have done with more sauce and the crab cakes also tasted fresh. On the main meals the fish and chip adult meal got good reviews and the plate was of decent size. The special was salmon and although it was fresh, the portion size was very small in comparison to the other meals as it seemed to be missing the sides - 3 small half potatoes and was plated more for style than content.
We went on a quiet evening so not sure if other comments about staff were when it was busy, as we found them to be both friendly and attentive. Food all round was good but it needs to decide if it wants to go for cafe or restaurant style .
