“What a nice surprise!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

We last stayed here in 2001 and at that time it was a little tired. So this trip when we needed an single night stop in Blythe we decided to give it another try. Well!!! It has been refurbished and updated and was really nice. It was clean and well maintained, the wifi worked and breakfast was more than adequate. Nancy, the manager was very helpful. The owners deserve a lot of credit for maintaining this older motel as well as they have. Now that we know we will not hesitate to stay there again.

“Best Western is very Confusing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

I can't figure out the Best Western rating of "Premiere", "Plus" and Best Western. This hotel was designated "Best Western" and yet it had everything a Plus had that I previously stayed in while visiting DisneyLand. It had more than the Best Western Eagle Rock Inn and that to is a "Plus" and in need of repair. The TV was large scree, the internet worked well and was both wired and wifi. The lamps on tables alongside the bed both had two electric outlets, plus the lamp on the desk had 2 as well. The Eagle Rock needs to borrow some outlets from this hotel. There was also a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. Not found in the "Plus" Eagle Rock Inn. I would certainly rank this quiet, quaint place a Plus. While we did not use the pool it looked large and inviting. I would stay here again.

“Fine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2012

Huge pool, decent included breakfast, big enough rooms, cleans linen and average bathrooms.

Don't think you want to stay more than 1 night, because what is there to do around here.

We only used it to sleep in the middle of drive from Grand Canyon to San diego, and therefore it was perfect.

“Nice, basic place...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

Stayed here for one night on our way from Palm Springs to Phoenix. We didn't have a reservation, but the front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a non-smoking room, but it smelt like someone had smoked in it or the adjoining room, which contributed to the strange musty smell about the room, that we got rid of by cranking the AC up. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The 8' deep pool was great, and a nice point of difference to other budget hotels.

I enjoyed my stay here, but I have stayed in nicer/newer places for less money.
