We stayed at the La Quinta Inn right in front of the bowling alley. When we checked in, we asked the receptionist where we could find a inexpensive restaurant that served good food. To our surprise, she suggested the bowling alley restaurant right behind the hotel. She did say that the food was good, but that we may have to wait as they were always busy.
If you are looking for atmosphere, this is not the restaurant to go to. The food was great. We had the prime rib special and it was perfectly cooked and a lot of food. The Caesar salad was good but not worth the extra $2 it costs above the house salad. The service was good, the waitress was very attentive, but not overly so.
All in all a great meal at a good price.
