What an excellent hotel. This was our second stay here and we were given a free upgrade. Although renovations are underway it didn't spoil our stay at all. All the staff are very pleasant and efficient and the valet parking is the quickest we've ever had. The hotel is very convenient for Rodeo Drive and Century City. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We did get off to a terrible start here when the original room they allocated us hadn't been cleaned (there were used plasters under the bed and profanities written on the glass doors) and the furniture had its veneer peeling off. However, as soon as we pointed this out to the management, they moved us to one of the newly decorated rooms which was absolutely beautiful. The view over LA was amazing and really made our stay there worth while. Excellent location for Rodeo Drive and a good base for driving to and from Universal, Warner Bros. as well as Santa Monica. Would go back there tomorrow!

Booked through Priceline ($85/night). Couldn't be happier. After reading reviews, called ahead and requested 2 beds in a renovated room. Room was amazing-flat screen tv, beds were incredible. One of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Due to our timing (1/12/05), hotel was setting up for golden globe awards, working 24/7. So, there was some noise, but nothing the fan in the room couldn't block out.

We stayed in a luxurious suite and had the most lovely breakfast served in the room. The room was very confortable and the staff very helpful.
