Stayed at this hotel for seven nights as part of a USA holiday. Great hotel very clean, great location right in Beverly Hills in walking distance of all the shops. Close to regular buses really easy to get anywhere in LA for a flat fee of $5 per day!! or $1.25 per journey. Easy to get down to the beach in this way as the bus stops near Santa Monica pier. Hotel has many functions and probably its only draw back is if you go for one of the poolside room upgrades they do regularly use this area for parties so could be lively. We were well away from this and heard nothing. Drinks are expensive but typical of a hotel of this standing, staff really friendly. Concearge were really helpful and have maps of local restaurants and can sort out visits to Hollywood. We did Warners as not keen on theme parks and it was the highlight of the whole trip, superb behind the scenes trip at really low cost. Pool does become shaded towards the late afternoon but was virtually unused while we were there so we just moved sunbeds and everytime you move you get new towels - luxury! My only word of caution whilst we were there is that the Hilton are trying to redevelop close to the site so if you are looking to visit a while after the date of this report just check to see if there are any building works going on but please don't let this put you off, just be aware this could have some effect. Whilst you are in Beverly Hills check out the Cheesecake factory, its partions are huge, prices low and it isn't just cheesecakes it does a full menu and it is all beautiful!

My friend and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. We chose the Beverly Hilton because it was a pet friendly hotel.

The property was classic Beverly Hills. The outside wasn't much to look at but the lobby and rooms were updated and renovated. We had a room facing the garden area. The service was incredible.

Room Service: The order arrived promptly and the food was very good. The prices are reasonable for a higher end hotel.

The Salon: Very professional stylist. My only complaint is the style wasn't very trendy or hip as far as the end result. The service was great.

The Pool: Very small but nice.

Parking: I wasn't happy about paying $31.00 per night for parking but the service made up for it. Every time we called for the car, it arrived with 2 chilled waters in it for us. Nice touch.

I would stay here again next time I visit Beverly Hills.

Oct 21, 2008 | Trip type: Family

Stayed here as a family for 3 nights in July, in 2 tower rooms.

Loved the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. The pool is a great place to relax, and the staff, whilst attentive, are not overly obsequious. Dinner at Trader Vic's did not disappoint.

The concierge was outstandingly good, recommending a very good tour with El Dorado and good restaurant choices. A nice touch, was that we were given vouchers for muffins and coffee each morning at the Starbucks in the hotel. I think this was because we were from overseas, although it could just have been that I smiled nicely at the guy who checked us in!

Adequate gym, always seemed to be busy. The Spa looked lovely, but we didn't have enough time to use it.

We opted for valet parking which seemed to be quite a good deal.

Overall a great place to stay in an amazing city.

Stayed here a while back. This is a cool hotel. So close to Hollywood. And even closer to Beverly Hills! We even had the limo service to srop and pick us up at any shopping destinations!
And when I say limo, it is a proper stretch limo!!! We felt like celebrities being dropped and picked up from Rodeo Drive!

Overall a nice hotel. Abit dated when we stayed, but believe they have undergone a major renovation.

Stayed here with friends for three nights. I booked a standard oasis room (using Hilton HHonors points) but was upgraded to a room in the tower. The room was slightly small, however it had very high ceilings, large bathroom, and a large balcony as well. The balcony doors opened extremely wide which was nice during the day.

The pool area was amazing. It had a unique and luxurious feel to it which really can't be replicated anywhere else. The pool attendants brought out free water and towels. The pool area is also great for a night time drink.

My only complaints were: 1. The super-soft bed. For those with bad backs, the beds may not be for you. 2. The hotel for some reason deactivated our key cards on the second day. We went to the front desk and they were re-activated. 3. The concierge recommended a not so good place for dinner (wasn't horrible, and she was nice).

Would definitely stay here again, but only in the tower. Judging from previous posts, the oasis rooms have not been renovated to the standard of the main tower.
