This was our first stay in the Beverly Hills Hotel and most certainly will not be our last!

The service was incredible, our room fabulous, food perfect..... what more can i say?!

Our flight from Tahiti (we were returning from a 2 week honeymoon) to L.A was delayed and it took an age to get through passport control but our super friendly chauffer was there waiting to collect us in a limo and take us to the hotel.

We felt so comfortable and at home immediately. The staff are simply fabulous and we enjoyed chatting to them all. We ate in every restaurant and every meal was great. We also had room service which was quick and very well presented. The bar was also really good, had a great drinks menu and like everywhere else in the hotel, perfect service.

The staff make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. We needed a few things pressed before going out for dinner one night and whilst we enjoyed a drink in the bar our clothes were pressed and hung up in the wardrobe within half an hour. We had use of the Limo to take us to restaurants etc and for trips further away a taxi was booked for us immediately.

We absolutely love this place and can understand why some guests have practically lived there. It was a sad goodbye when we left the hotel to head back to London. We fear no other hotel is going to compare to this and we are already planning our next trip to California incorporating another stay at our new favourite place!

This was the seventh and final hotel which my husband, thirteen year old daughter and myself stayed at during our trip to California. We had two inter-connecting deluxe rooms 719/720, which were beautifully furnished, with super comfy beds and plenty of room.Throughout our stay we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and eager to assist us.There are too many examples of this to list here, but one which I thought showed the level of attention to detail ,was when my husband left his book opened on our bed when we went out. He returned to find it had been moved, and a bookmark with "we saved your page for you" placed inside! We used the hotel stretch limo service on three occasions, which my daughter in particular thought was wonderful, as was the underwater music in the pool! All the food we had was top-notch, whether lunch by the pool - the Beverly Hills Hotel burgers are delicious -or room service, which is immaculately presented. We had booked the Breakfast in Beverly Hills Package at $495 a night . Although not exactly cheap, I definitely felt it was worth the price. The only problem with the Beverly Hills Hotel experience is, it is a tough act to follow!!

My husband and just returned from a night's stay at this lovely hotel. We were vacationing in Las Vegas and decided to drive down to Los Angeles for one night. Needless to say we didn't want to go back to Vegas. The customer service is so top notch it makes other hotels like the Hilton brand seem like Motel 6's. You are greeted and treated like royalty no matter who you are. My husband and I are by no means wealthy people. We just saved and decided to splurge on 1 night. We stayed in the main hotel in a "deluxe room" . The room was over 500 sq ft. It was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was awesome. The large soaking tub makes for terrific bubble baths! The Fountain Room breakfast was very casual and good. Bar Nineteen -Twelve was very nice and great for people watching. It's quite pricey for drinks! It was very well worth the experiece though. The courtsey limo was a nice plus. We didn't get to experience the pool scene due to the sixty degree temperatures. We walked the grounds which were very tranquil and pretty. I would highly recommend splurging at least once to stay at this hotel. You will not regret your experience there. My husband and can't wait to go back!

We (with our 9 year old son) stayed at the Hotel the week before and including Easter. The Hotel was bustling, but the concierges had time for us and called us by name whenever we came in and out. The room was prepared for my son's arrival, with a robe his size as well as his own credit card for use for free sodas at the Fountain Coffee Shop or the Pool, and a nice note. We had a deluxe room on the Breakfast in Beverly Hills Package and it was certainly spacious enough for the three of us.

The hotel is really like a resort in the middle of a city -- it was a little bit removed from town and shopping, but certainly close enough (and they do provide a courtesy car -- a limo -- within Beverly Hills). Service was terrific -- there wasn't anything we asked for that we did not receive immediately. The concierges were very helpful in getting dinner reservations, providing directions, recommending and securing tours, and securing professional babysitters. My son was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even the vaunted Polo Lounge for breakfast. Try the smores dessert at the restaurant by the pool - not your every day smores but something truly decadent and out of this world.

We did a private car tour of the "stars homes" -- don't bother, all you see are hedges and driveways. Go to Warner Bros for the VIP tour -- it was the best "park" we did in LA (we also did Legoland and Universal), as we had a great tour guide and the tours are no more than 18 people (luckily ours was 5!) and you go all over the lot. We even met some actors on set. A little known gem near the La Brea tar pits -- the Petersen Car Museum -- takes under an hour but my son (and husband) loved it.

Bonus: If you are into star sightings, the Beverly Hills Hotel is definitely the place.

I would say that the Beverly Hills Hotel is more than paradise. It is the most exquisite, exclusive hotel. From the moment we drove up the porte-cochere at the hotel, we felt like rockstars. The Valets were more than accommodating. The service is top notch here. The Fountain Coffee Room located on the promenade level was incredible. The food was delicious. We were asked at check in what time we would like our housekeeping and turn down service. I loved this option as it elt like they were trying to work around our schedule. This is most certainly a true five star property. They truly have an expertise on true customer service.
