Even though this hotel was at 100 percent capacity because of the Golden Globes and various celebrity guests, they treated me like I was their only guest. The sign of a truly superb hotel. Every time I stay it reminds me why it is quite simply the best hotel in the world.

There can be nothing to compare to this Hotel in LA. From the bell boy to receptionists and the courtesy limo to take you down town - this is the only place to stay. Fantastic all round - so close to everything and yet in a quite world of its own. The Pink Palace is one Hotel that we will never forget.

Amazing hotel, the staff are professional, the food at the Polo Lounge is exceptional! We stayed for 2 nights and it just wasn't long enough.

We stayed in September in a deluxe King room, the bed was so comfy, fantastic block out blinds and the room was rather large. The only negative to point out is the lights in the bathroom are not that great for makeup application :-) Brighter lights and the room would be perfect.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond - Can't wait to go back!

What a great hotel experience.

My husband and I were treated like stars from the moment I walked in the door.

All our special requests were fulfilled without a glitch. Room service was impeccable.

People watching by the pool is a lot of fun. Brunch on Sundays at the Jockey club is a riot (we saw many stars)
