Amazing hotel, the staff are professional, the food at the Polo Lounge is exceptional! We stayed for 2 nights and it just wasn't long enough.

We stayed in September in a deluxe King room, the bed was so comfy, fantastic block out blinds and the room was rather large. The only negative to point out is the lights in the bathroom are not that great for makeup application :-) Brighter lights and the room would be perfect.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond - Can't wait to go back!

What a great hotel experience.

My husband and I were treated like stars from the moment I walked in the door.

All our special requests were fulfilled without a glitch. Room service was impeccable.

People watching by the pool is a lot of fun. Brunch on Sundays at the Jockey club is a riot (we saw many stars)

My hotel of choice when staying in LA!

Beautiful suite overlooking palm tree-filled gardens. We liked the gas fireplace in the living room and the miles of pink and green marble in the bathroom. Great pool with major literary and pop culture celebrity sightings. The gift shop in the basement was small but well stocked. Super fast room service.

Stayed here while trying to get back to the East Coast during Sandy -- what a nice calm moment before the storm.

The hotel is secluded but still close to many important L.A. amenities. The staff are relaxed but friendly and helpful. The courtesy car service was a real bonus, as we needed to make a last minute trip to a local mall for travel supplies.

Some of the in-room entertainment options were a bit confusing, but I would still stay here without hesitation next time I'm in the area.
