“Maybe the Best Hotel in the Best City in the World”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2013

This hotel was rated the top business hotel in North America for four years in a row. Offer Nissenbaum and his friendly, well trained, anticipatory staff may very well write the text book for hospitality management. The property is stunning and exceptionally well maintained. You can how well trained the staff is; they almost anticipate every question, every move, every instinct of a guest. The pool, cabana, spa and work out facilities are spectacular. The food at Belvedere is sensational, in a quiet setting to celebrate an important occasion or to have a sensitive business dinner. The rooms are well appointed; the bathrooms beautiful. I even marvel at the technology in the room. No one will every check out and not have had a 5 star experience!

Room Tip: Room 202 is a little oasis.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The service is impeccable; polite, friendly, helpful, always there, but not intrusive. The rooms are well-appointed, the hotel architecture is interesting, and the hotel itself is fairly quiet given its location adjacent to the hustle of Santa Monica Blvd and Rodeo Drive. We stayed in one of the courtyard villas which was like having your own little house. The expense is worth the experience.

Andrew i valet was a standout but all of the service from the restuarant to the front desk to the pool were awesome. The pool itself is pretty small but rooftops are small. Go for the balcony room. We had a couples massage at the spa and that was great too. Private steam room for men and women.

Our daughter treated us to tea at the lovely Peninsula during our visit to LA recently. What a lovely experience! She had selected this experience based on their consistently high ratings. We chose the Pink Tea which was served with champagne, sandwiches, scones, strawberries with whipped cream, desserts, and all the accompaniments. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. Must do experience in LA!

This understaed looking hotel is really a palace. Roomas are beautiful, the bar is a hotspot and the dining room is one of the most underrated retaurants in the city. Look for Ramon the maitre d' who is one of the best hosts in LA

Beautiful hotel in Beverly Hills, great rooms and delicious food.
All the staff is super nice and they will make anything to please their guests.
Concierge is superb! They suggested a few restaurants for my short stay and all of them were incredible. Hotel has a complimentary car service (either a Mercedes Benz or a Rolls Royce) and they will take you anywhere in Beverly Hills.
I will stay here again in the future.

I knew Peninsula Hotel during my frequent business trip, and normally live in 5 star or more luxury hotels.
Anyway this is my first approach to this famous hotel chain.
My experience in this hotel was quite fantastic, the design and service offered was pretty good and in line with the price paid.
The "extra" that you can't normally find in this kind of hotels is the total "Kindly"customer care, we found people that was absolutely dedicated to help us, and when I say "absolutely" I mean the concierge Team and the Manager Mr. Jim that personally take care of us when we arrive, give us suggestion where eat something good ( and believe me his suggestion was more than precious) try all the way they can to satisfy our needs.

I can't remember the name of each one's, but I just want to say thank you to each one! There is no money to pay a relaxed and problem free holiday!

We will be back sure 100%

Good luck for the future and go ahead in this direction, you are great!
