Everyone told us to try it and that we would like it better than the Beverly Wilshire.....so we tried it and we loved it. Yes, two different experiences and we very much like both. Try it, you'll like it.

What can I say about this hotel that has not already be said in the other glowing reviews? Our two night stay at this fabulous Beverly Hills hotel was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival we were greeted by a valet and a team of hotel staff who were eager to serve us. We were given a brief tour of the lobby, bar, restaurant and the very nice sitting area where tea is served each day.

We were then escorted to our room bypassing the front desk. When we reached our room our bags were already in the room. We were then given an overview of all the hotels features and amenities and handed our keys. After a quick signature we were checked in and in our room without having to even visit the front desk.

The spacious room was very nicely decorated and had every amenity we could have needed. The Bose radio was tuned to classical music which created a very sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere which was appreciated after a cross country flight.

The bathroom was spacious and like the living area had every amenity we could have wanted including two very nice bath robes and two pairs of slippers.

The room had a wonderfully stocked mini bar and plenty of snacks and we loved the french doors which opened into the courtyard. We also received complimentary Fuji water (our favorite) throughout our stay.

We found the bed and pillows to be perfect to our liking and my wife absolutely loved the personalized monogramed pillow cases, a very elegant touch.

After an amazing night sleep (we never heard a single noise from another guest during our entire stay) we had breakfast on the roof top. The setting was beautiful with a great view of the roof top pool, Beverly Hills skyline and gorgeous mountains. Not only was the meal outstanding the service was wonderful.

Following breakfast we wanted to do a little shopping and were generously driven to Rodeo Drive in one of the hotel's beautiful Rolls Royces. The driver could not have been nicer and took us exactly where we wanted to go. After shopping for a few hours we decided to walk back to the hotel which is only five or six blocks from Rodeo Drive which on a beautiful day makes for a great walk.

Upon entering the lobby we were greeted by the always friendly hotel staff and were given more complimentary Fuji water which was appreciated.

After a night out in Hollywood we returned to the hotel for a night cap in the hotel bar. The wait staff was very courteous and graciously stayed open a bit after hours to let enjoy our drinks.

Business or leisure you will not experience a better stay than you will find at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. My wife and I read the reviews before taking our trip and can honestly stay our two nights at the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everyone on staff at the hotel genuinely wants to ensure you have great stay.

We can wait to return to this amazing hotel.

Stayed for 4 days on a family moments pkg. We arrived late (1am) and the front desk mgr knew who we were, checked us in quickly and offered us a before bed beverage (yummy capuccinos). Thanks Christine Lee! Our rooms awaited with fresh fruit, water and sleep drinks. The attention to detail didn't stop there. The free wifi, fax machine, nightlight for my daughter's room, and so much more.

We've stayed in luxury hotels before but what impressed us the most was the attention to small details. Water in our car whenever we used it. The free car srvc w/n BH, friendliest staff ever, the concierge staff instantly helping us w/arrangements for tours & such (thanks David), great housekeeping (thanks Sandra). A family friendly hotel, all children there very well behaved.

They even had a bottle of water ready to be handed to my hubby as he came back from his am run! We decided to splurge for this quick trip & so glad we did at the Peninsula. Next splurge will definitely be at a Peninsula if there is one at our next stop!

It is not one of the best, it is THE BEST period. There are so many thing that sets it apart from every luxury hotel that i will try and list them all. The entrance, elegant and they mush have done surgery on every staff cause they have the nicest smiles! Check in took a minute but we were immediately seated in the bar and offered complimentary drinks while we waited. My coffee barely got to the table when the manager came and escorted me to the room and my luggage is already there and unpacked! Oh then they bring fresh fruit to the room within minutes to welcome us. Oh the room, gorgeous, tasteful, quiet, comfy beds and linen and every inch of it is elegant. We drove on this vacation and this is our last stop so the car was a little dirty, well they washed it for me! The afternoon tea was simply delightful and the courtyard as serene and welcoming as you can imagine.Bed turn down was not just turn down with mint, it is designer ion water and fruit on the night stand. No petty up charge for internet, no anything cause they treat you like you are home! Oh here is the best one, i left my camera there and it was next day fed ex to me, boxed and bubble wrapped to boot...$100 fed ex and i never saw a bill , they just did it , pronto. We are going to new York for Xmas and that is where we are staying too. I am a peninsula fan for life!

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The property itself it amazing, the service outstanding. As our luggage got lost during the stopover in Paris, the concierges were incredibly helpful in localising our suitcases. The chauffeur service was very convenient as we needed to do a lot of shopping for our basic needs. We can highly recommend this great hotel. It's simply the best in Beverly Hills!

My fiance and I stayed for a day and a half on our way home. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a late check out for us. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff are very attentive and very good at their jobs. It is refreshing to stay in a hotel which actually has character and is not trying to go for the boring 'modern' style.

We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and both were tasty. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining differents meals on the menu.

Our room came with a nightly turn down service, a daily newspaper, our own printer/fax in our room, complementary FIJI water by our bedside tables and throughout the hotel (you just have to ask, even in the spa), fruit plates and a complementary car services for short trips around Beverly Hills. Prior to our arrival the hotel even asked what type of pillows we would prefer on our bed and provided a list of different types we could choose from.

The spa was lovely and squeezed me in on the spot. The pool staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure I had drinks, sunscreen and magazines.

The only thing I would say is if you do want to use the car services make sure you book it ahead of time.

It was a great place to unwind and relax after our vacation and before we flew home. It isn't the cheapest hotel but you do get what you pay for. It is well worth it.

Stayed here two nights at the end of our trip before flying home to Australia. Had stayed at "The Penn" in Hong Kong previously which was awesome so thought would give the LA one a try.
Arrived in our hire car and the staff unloaded our bags and stored them then had the complimentary Rolls Royce follow us to the Hertz office while we returned the hire car and then bring us back the the hotel. Great introduction to the hotel.

Concergie staff were wonderful in organsing reservations for me at the Polo Lounge for a birthday lunch and again giving us the Rolls Royce. Was showed to our room by one of the Manangers. As we were only staying two nights we had a smaller room but it was spotless and a vety good size bathroom, with separate toilet. Great shower and excellent hot water pressure. Fresh fruit platter changed daily with cherries, peaches and other gorgeous fruit.

Housekeeping is organised around your day and you advise at check in your preferred time. Free wi fi in room. Slippers and robes. Nothing was to much troulbe for the staff.

Only thing I found disaapointing was that to get to the smallish pool on the roof you had to walk through their restaurant, not something I enjoyed doing in my swimmers and then dining there for lunch one day I didnt enjoy people in wet swimmers coming through to use the bathrooms or to return to their room.
Small pool area but adequate. Loved the little face umbrellas they gave you. Disappointing that one day we could not get a lounge around the pool as apparently there were reserved (I am not meaninig the Cabanas) If you are going to have reserved pool chairs you should advise guests at check in.

The bar was pleasant and the nibbles with the drinks were exceptional and they kept topping them up. the bar food was also very good if you wanted a light snack.

Complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge in the morning. There is a starbuck just down the road and seemed popular with other guests and ourselves for breakfast.

Complimentary cars to take you whever you wanted to go and were fortunate to get the Rolls Royce all but once which was a real treat.

Whilst the hotel is out of the Tourist area with the complimentary cars you are able to get around and we never were not able to get a car.

The thing about this hotel that makes it special is the staff.
