What a discovery in the middle of Beverly Hills. You will not find a friendlier and more helpful staff anywhere. A boutique hotel in the finest sense; We felt like we were the only people there. While we appreciated the intimate nature of the Mosaic, we also felt like we missed nothing people might think they would get from the larger, more impersonal alternatives. You will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

I just stayed at the Mosaic for the first time and I think it will probably be my new LA hotel. It feels like my own exclusive residence in Beverly Hills. It's intimate and beautifully appointed. Rooms are elegant and cozy. Beds and linens are divine. Room service was prompt and delicious. I was a little confused about their valet parking situation (you can self-park, too). A great find!

I joined my husband on a six night stay at the Mosaic. I chose this hotel by all the wonderful reviews. Our last stay was at the Beverly Hills Hotel, which is OVER THE TOP. For this trip we didn't want to spend that much per night, so we were searching for something wonderful under $300/night.
I am very resourseful and found that the majority of reviews for this hotel were outstanding, so I went with my gut.
We were very very pleased with the hotel. It is small, boutique'ish and intimate. The linens were Frette, and the soaps were delicious. Being that I wasn't feeling well and was bed-ridden, I had to stay in the room for 2 days. Wanting fresh air during the day, I attempted to keep the windows opened. I was so disapointed that the noise was SO HORRIFIC from the street, that I was forced to keep the air on and the windows closed. When asked if I can move my room to a "inside" room, it meant that I would have to pack everything, leave the room by 11am, then get access to my new room after 3pm. That wasn't convient at all for me and there seemed like no other solution. I was not happy with the noise level, actually VERY unhappy wanting fresh CA air. Other then that, the hotel was very much up-to-par, clean, and attentive. I would definitly come back, however, with a room with a view of the pool.

We stayed at the Mosaic Hotel for 10 days. The great service started right at the booking via emails through the hotel Manager , Brendan Carlin. He answered all my questions clearly and promptly. When we got to the hotel late at night, we were met with the front desk people with warmth and hospitality. Sam , Ben and everybody were great! We got a one bedroom suite and an adjacent standard room , both were impeccably clean and in order. I was ready to find a smaller sized room based on the reviews here. But was pleasantly surprised to find both my rooms adequate in size. Beds, linens and bulgari toiletries are luxurious.
Jimmy and Jerry at the restaurant were very very efficient and extended effort in getting my special needs done.
We found a home away from home at the Mosaic HOtel in Beverly Hills! The hotel manager was serious when he told me that it is like staying with a family at the Mosaic.... indeed!
