The Mosaic is a true gem in the heart of Beverly Hills. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always had a smile. My room was incredible - it had all of luxury features you would expect from 5 star hotel: high quality bed linens, tiled shower with granite counter tops, plasma screen TV's and Voss water!

LOVE this hotel. Friendly, accomodating staff in a lovely sunny yellow building with tons of charm. The location could not be better. A request to the GM resulted in his going above and beyond to take care of us. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks Mosaic Hotel!!

My wife and I were very excited to stay at the Mosaic on our first trip to the L.A. area. We read all kinds of reviews on this site and on others and decided that The Mosaic was where we would stay. We were very disappointed in our stay. The front desk is not helpful at all and I think only about 3 people work in the hotel at any one time. The bellboy is also the valet and also one of the front desk employees. Also, the rooms are very, very small as well as the bathrooms and we are staying in one of the deluxe corner rooms. We looked at switching to the Beverly Wilshire, but they were booked during the week we were in town, so we decided to stay, but it will be the last time I stay at The Mosaic. Stay somewhere else because The Mosaic is greatly overrated.

We stayed at the Mosaic February 9 & 10 2006 with another couple prior to embarking on a cruise and cannot say enough about this facility. We contacted Brendan Carlin, the general manager, by e-mail back in November to make the reservation and he put us directly in touch with Nadeev the Front Desk Manager to make tour and transportation arrangements as well. Everything went absolutely perfectly - from the airport pickup to the limo ride to the pier. On arrival, we were welcomed as long-time guests from the outset. The rooms were outstanding (one corner room and one one-bedroom suite) with exceptional amenities. Lunch and breakfast was excellent with top-notch service. Nadeev made a point of introducing himself shortly after our checkin and we were made to feel extremely welcome.
Our tour tickets and transportation were all in order just as requested and staff made an excellent restaurant recommendation at the nearby Crustacean.
Although this was our first time in Beverly Hills and we have no other basis for comparison, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Both the service as well as the facility itself were impeccable and the location was first-rate.
Do yourself a favour and try it. Our only regret was that we had not stayed longer!
