This hotel was definitely boutique, not overcrowded, the pool was very relaxing and every employee we had an encounter with was very pleasant and eager to help us in any way we needed. Location is awesome, within walking distance of Rodeo drive and other cute areas for dining etc. Housekeeping, concierge, the driver (free 3mile radius in their very nice car!) and our bartender/server was awesome! Thanks Mosaic for the super fun weekend I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Beverly Hills!

Our second stay. Pleasant, low-key hotel within walking distance of Rodeo Dr. Extremely helpful staff, even driving us around late at night looking for a place to eat.

Hotel location is great - staff could not be more helpful - we arrived late with a sick child and a dinner to get to in 45 mins. The staff found me a doctor, drove us to the restaurant ( as long as within 3 miles) and sorted out the car.

All for $199 a night - rooms are smallish but very nicely done and lovely beds!

This is the best location for getting around to see the beaches, Universal Studios, going to restaurants, shopping in Beverly Hills of course, and just enjoying what LA has to offer in general. Lovely accommodation and absolutely fantastic customer service - they have the loveliest people on the front desk. Only one complaint. The room was extremely noisy. It was quite warm so we left the airconditioning on during the night. It kept cutting in and out throughout the night and when it came back on, it was so loud that it kept waking us up and we are really sound sleepers. The next night we just opened the window but delivery trucks were even louder and guests coming and going late at night. Other than that, it was the most beautiful place to stay and we would definitely consider staying there again.
