“Mike is Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

I took my family of 3 to Beverly Hills for a nice long weekend getaway. We toured the area by visiting Disney, a Dodgers game, Venice Beach, etc. Our room was quaint and well equipped. The pool area was a botique setting with great floral and foilage arrangement. It was also very private and personal. The bar area was exquisite and Laura the bar tender was very social. The best part about our trip was Mike at the front desk. He personally catered to our every need. He arranged our room, assisted with luggage, recommened some great restaurants, and ensured every detail of our trip was nothing less than extraordinary. He had a great tan and even recommended the best beach for "catching some rays!!!" Overall, our trip was amazing!!! Thank you Mosaic and Thank you MIKE!!!

I recently stayed at the Mosaic for a weekend to escape from my normal life and have a weekend of fun with the girls.

The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of things in walking distance- shops- restaurants- etc. One night we were feeling a little lazy about walking and instead were able to be driven in the house car to our dinner. The driver/bellman, Michael, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He helped us to decide on where to go and even picked us up when we were through. He also lugged our bags around- which trust me- 3 girls = a lot of luggage.

The staff is great. The front desk are friendly and full of suggestions on fun things to do. Vanessa gave us a bunch of great places to check out.

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable.. It was hard to get out of bed even when I knew we had to!

Love the pool area. So cute and tucked away. There's great food and a lovely bar to accommodate.

I wanted to make a quick mention about the manager, Adolfo, also. He was so helpful on booking our weekend getaway and was extremely charming.

I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

The service there was amazing everyone was so nice and accommodating!! The hotel was beautiful but one of my favorite things of the hotel was the car service! Our driver Mike was super helpful suggesting places and getting us there! Way better then taking cabs!

We chose this hotel based on tripadvisor. First of all, this hotel is charming and in a TERRIFIC location! The pool area was very nice for a downtown location and we believe that the hotel was a good value until we checked in........... The front desk staff was rude to us. We arrived dressed in shorts and tshirts, having come from an Anaheim LA Angels home game on a Sunday afternoon. Clearly we were not the sort of guests that the front desk was interested in assisting and the two gentleman, (the one manning the front desk more than the bellman), made their disdain for us very apparent. We commented on it among ourselves and made a point of staying away from the front desk so as not to embarass them with the caliber of guest staying in their establishment. Our last night there, we were seated outside of our room when a person from Guest Relations showed the room across from us in the courtyard to a family. We addressed the person from Guest Relations. She did not acknowledge us nor address us. Assuming that she was giving us our privacy, we sat there. When she came out of the room we made eye contact and she still did not acknowledge us. We agreed, as charming as the hotel was and despite the great location, class and couth cannot be taught - but courtesy can. We will not return to this hotel.

I loved the convenient location and the vibe at this hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. I liked the Bulgari bath products, the high thread count sheets and the plush towels. The mattress was comfortable. Nice furniture. Good coffee. The prices were reasonable for LA area.

The only negative for me was the air conditioning, but this negative got in the way of me having a good sleep the 2 nights I was at the Mosaic. It was a relatively noisy air conditioning system, and it seemed to only have one fan speed, which was quite loud. I'd wake up whenever the air conditioning cycled on, and the weather was too warm for me to leave the air conditioning off. Overall, I liked the hotel a lot, but the noise of the air conditioning was a drawback for me.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the hotel was immaculate inside and out. The pool was heated and made it very comfortable for swimming and the champagne reception at 5:00 was a very nice touch. We would definately return to the Mosaic before trying any other hotel in the area!

A great place tucked in the heart of Beverly Hills right off of Wilshire Blvd. Super Staff and GREAT Service!!! - Kudos to Vanessa who took care of all arrangements for lunches and dinners that made both my daughters' birthday getaway perfect. It's totally within walking distance to some great "hot" spots. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: Since we were a party of 3, we had a super room with two double beds and a small patio outside our d...
