“It's good to be Queen”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

As you walk in the front doors, which are opened for you, right away you know this is going to be good. Staff greet you, offer fresh fruit and beverages as you register. Rooms are decorated beautifully, amenities fabulous and a comfortable bed. Wherever you are on the grounds, staff greets you, wants to know if you need assistance, what can they do to make your stay more pleasurable. Ordered room service and the food arrived hot and delicious, had lunch in the restaurant the next day, excellent. This place is great, you do get royal treatment.

Very nice hotel. You feel at home rather than in a hotel. It has a special decoration that takes you back to the 70's which is very homey. Really amazing staff. Great location in Beverly Hills, steps away from Rodeo Drive. Free Valet parking. The Hotel is not very accustomed to family clientele. They have no clear rules of who gets what especially when it comes to breakfast if you have a big family. The staff contradicts each other on breakfast vouchers use. I advised them to sell breakfast vouchers instead of having the dilemma of how many vouchers to use every morning. Aside from that, everything was great especially having your coffee and the free newspaper everyday by the pool on a sunny California morning.

I stayed here four nights in a cozy king room. It was awesome. Lines fresh and clean. High end toiletries. Nice light in the room. The doors are very nice you will see. Stunning decor! The restaurant was amazing, as we ordered room service. The pool area is very hip and there is a bar service to hang out. We rented a car with our room which is a great option. It's a very cozy hotel with great service. During this stay I stayed 4 nights at the Beverly Wilshire that was double the price and failed in comparison.

Room Tip: The regular rooms are pretty small so if you can pay a little more for extra space do so.

We had a short but pleasant stay at the Mosaic. The hotel is very well located with small but well appointed rooms. The car service was an added bonus. We especially appreciated the quiet. Staff was friendly & helpful & gave us a good restaurant recommendation. We would recommend and stay again.

This is a small, modest hotel in Beverly Hills, with a small outdoor pool and adequate restaurant. We have stayed here several times, and found it serviceable and with some of the most friendly and helpful staff we've ever encountered. While the rooms are cosy and comfortable, the fact that the hotel is quite small means that sometimes noise from other guests can obtrude. We would also like curtains to be added to the windows, since the wooden louvre shutters do not exclude the morning sun very efficiently!

Room Tip: Upper floors are a bit quieter.

We stayed for 2 nights in late June and did not want to leave. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served lovely food in the dining area and in room service. There is a heated pool in a cute garden area with some cabanas - perfect for a poolside glass of wine or cocktail. The location is very central but quiet and peaceful.
I can't wait for our next trip to LA, we will return to this fabulous hotel.

We stayed for only one night in July, but the staff there made our time most enjoyable. No over the top pressure, just good competent service. Room was most comfortable and the lunch we had at the resturant was excellent. Not a lot of space if you want to sunbathe by the pool, but we were able to find a lounge to use. The free car service is a great amenity as we were going to a party nearby and didn't want to drive. We would return next time our journeys take us this way.
