“a grand hotel in the heart of beverly hills”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

just got back from a week at the beverly wiltshire -i was there on business- cant beat the location- steps from rodeo drive- and the service was excellent- as it should be when you are at an upscale hotel- my room was satisfactory - but not amazing- very clean -
the meals were all good- there was 500 of us- so to serve high quality meals to that many people every time- says a lot for the catering staff- overall a very pleasant stay

This hotel has a lot to live up to- an amazing location, a historic building and a prestige neighborhood, not to mention another Four Seasons property close by! But the FSBW is by far the best, with an amazingly attentive staff and an attention to detail that fits its place and neighborhood. The front desk team always recognizes me upon check in and I love the fact that they know exactly the room, newspaper and breakfast I want. From the rapid arrival to a cold bottle of water at check in, to a perfectly lit and turned down room when I step in the FSBW team overall is extraordinary. I admit I make a point of staying here whenever I am in LA on business; the gym is lovely as well, and the rare time I get to the spa I am never disappointed. Make a point of trying out this hotel- you'll be amazed.

Room Tip: I prefer the historic side of the hotel, with rooms along Wilshire being the best views of lovely Be...

this hotel prides itself on its service and they deliver in spades. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. We were greeted by Thomas in lobby, I have never met a hotel staff member as warm and welcoming as he. Thomas was a hit with my 2 young sons when he gave them a soft toy each and chatted to them about their trip to Disneyland! He epitomises everything Beverly Wilshire stands for.
Travelling with kids and elderly parents in which one is partailly disabled, the rooms were accomodating, clean, modern & Family friendly. The kids loved their chocolate plates with their names on them left by housekeeping. My disabled dad who stayed in his room one day to watch tv was gobsmacked when 2 hours later received a boxed dvd set from the hotel of a movie he couldnt get in Australia. He had briefly mentioned it in passing to house keeping as they cleaned his room. Now that is service! I could go on and on about our wonderful experiance here.
Finally, the concierge team here are tremendous. without doubt the most experienced Ive seen. Brandon from concierge was tremendous in his tips and made all our arrangements. He even got us in the best restaurants in town where you usually have to book weeks/months in advance. If you want to make the most of your trip, get to know the concierge. Make contact before you arrive, introduce yourself and let them know what you want. They WILL take care of you.
If you want to experiance the high life of the rich and famous of Beverly Hills for a bit, this is the place for you.

Room Tip: the rooms overlooking rodeo drive are magic.

We have stayed at other upscale hotels ie. Ritz Carleton @ Cancun, Half Moon Bay Resort Jamaica, Ritz Carleton@ MontegoBay, Lowes Hotel@ South Beach Miami, the Hitlon@ Cabo San Lucas and the Marriott Resort and Spa, Bangkok and not to say the other properties are not excellent, never have we seen such excellent service from all staff from the Valet attendants to the Concierge. The rooms are maintained to the highest standards ( we had a two room suite n@1050.00 per night) and the room service is prompt and discrete. The pool could be a little larger and the gym updated ( Cardio section). The food was excellent and this is an amazing location to people watch.
While we were there we saw Larry King and Ozzie Osborn among others. The hotel is very high priced but, most high end hotels are expensive and the property, being located at the corner of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire, it is all about location .The constant stream of Lamborginies, Ferraries and Mercedies continue to remind you of the wealth at the 90210 zip code.
I would come back here and would recommend the property to anyone who wishes to have
an unforgettable experience.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed as a family at this hotel. Once again we were welcomed back as an old friend. From the doorman to front desk the welcome was very warm. The location is terrific and the concierge was excellent for reservations and advice. The courtesy car is a fantastic way to travel short distances. It is hard to imagine a better place to stay in LA.

I keep dreaming of our time in this hotel... We had the most fantastic, magical stay during our honeymoon. I have never seen such a beautiful lobby, with two great bars and a superb restaurant. the rooms were fantastic with huge bathrooms which had a two person tub and separate double shower, great balcony views, and a really comfy bed!! the best thing was though, that overall it had the most freindly and helpful service, which was nice as generally You don't see this everywhere in beverly hills- but this i have found is classic of the Four seasons resorts - which I Love, but every penny you pay to stay here is worth it as it is a holiday you won't forget.

Room Tip: The old part of the hotel is gorgeous and rooms very spacious
