Yes, the parking situation is difficult and the menu doesn't change much. The food is not the most imaginative, but this place is still one of the best places to serve up consistently high quality French Bistro food. They have a salad Nicoise that is the best I've had anywhere. The Beef Bourguignonne is dark and rich as is their French onion soup. Their olive bread, while not exactly french, is great. Also, the chocolate fondant dessert is wonderful. They are often busy, so make reservations.
