First of all our cancellation policy is 24 hours 4pm thanks!

A. You never canceled by the deadline, however we did you a favor and canceled it for you. you welcome.

B. We gave you the cheaper rate instead of the higher rate, even tough you guys were like 15 people in a room with 2 beds. Welcome.

C. We gave you the key to your room again to get your shirt why wouldnt we give your shirt back? you welcome.

D. please donot write bad reviews when you not only got everything your way and when you checked out you guys were very happy. so please dont write a fake and bad review thanks.

E. We gave you geat customer service eventough you guys didnot even pay for all the extra people. its the princple and moral thanks you

sorry for the inconvenice you had your point of view and we have ours. SOrry, please come back we will give you 20% discount on your next stay and there is always 2 sides to a story.

“Small budget-hotel for visiting San Francisco”

Although by style a budget hotel, the price range reflects the location within walking distance to BART-station (approx. 30 Minutes to Downtown San Francisco). Rooms ok, greeting by manager could be much more friendly. Renovated bath room.

Room Tip: Upper floor is always quieter but you have to carry your luggage upstairs.
