The way things are set up is very efficient, even during lunch hour, from ordering to receiving your food. Even a long line won't keep you waiting long. The menu is extensive with an offering of more than 8 different breads to choose from, all made fresh daily. They feature hot & cold sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups. The cole slaw was tangy & tasty, but I found the potato salad somewhat bland. My Italian Sausage & Peppers sandwich was delicious, but I wish I had asked for a bit more sauce, perhaps on the side. The menu even includes a selection of both hot & cold vegetarian sandwiches.
Orders can be faxed or called in. In addition to the Bakersfield location, there are two in Las Vegas and a dozen more in Colorado and in a couple more states. Bakersfield location hours are 8 to 8.
