Made a reservation on the phone one week before Valentine's Day. We arrived on time and still waited one and 1/2 hours in spite of having made a reservation, all the while being reassured that we'd be seated at any moment. After talking to several irritated and outright angry hopeful diners in the lobby area I found that they had all been given "reservations". We're talking about lots of people that were given reservations, yet no real place to seat them. So, in other words, a reservation means nothing at this place. If you really want to eat here, leave immediately if they say they can't seat you right away. Don't waste your time.
Another thing I saw is that the owner (or manager) was yelling at a customer in broken English. Two people were complaining about the wait and the manager told them they were stupid and they could get out. There is no normal customer service at this place. They don't seem to care to make the customer happy whatsoever. I also saw the owners (managers) being very hard on the servers. We wasted a long time trying to get seated here and finally decided to get out of the place. Our Valentine's Day was ruined. Terrible experience!
