“Fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013 via mobile

One of the best seafood meals I have had. Mussel starter with hot seafood platter main. Service was also 5 star in a very busy restaurant. Must get back again

“Seriously good starters”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

After reading reviews on Tripadviser we stopped here for lunch on route to Skye. As we were having dinner early, we decided to have starters only. Both the Cullen skink and mussels were delicious

The scenery and drive to Plockton was fabulous and just rounded off a very pleasurable experience

“Good Seafood”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

A rather nice Hotel Restaurant offering a good menu with some great daily specials. The Seafood Chowder being todays offering - and what a good choice! The Seafood Platter proved to be great value (some £5 cheaper than other places nearby), and contained many smoked varieties of fish - all prepared in their own kiln.
Nicely situated, some 100 yards away from the main bay, with well appointed rooms readily available.

“Delightful as always!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

I came here with colleagues after having had a poor meal in a neighbouring hotel the evening before. The inn didn't let us down. Nice fire, lovely staff and good background music. The food of course was delicious. I had the pate to start and it was served with a nice savoury jam and fresh salad. My main course was the seafood platter. A good variety of seafood including their own smoked fish and shellfish. Washed down with the chilled white house wine everything was a delight. It would be hard to beat the ambience here!
