We ate here twice while staying at the hotel and both times it was all delicious, superbly cooked and presented. Real quality eating. Quantities leave you satisfied without feeling over-full. We ate, and can recommend: (if they still appear on the menu of course)
shrimp and crab mould on toast with lemon marmalade (the genius touch - the tanginess sets off the creamy sauce)
gambas a la plancha - split giant prawns with romesco sauce, asparagus and spring onion grilled (here the genius touch was hazelnut puree in the romesco sauce)
Calamares alla romana with a creamy dip
Noodles with chicken and prawns
Salmon with fine strips of carrot courgette and onion (very nice, simple, on reflection I should have been more adventurous!)
Lubina - sea-bass with hazelnut puree and spinach, just a delicious combination of textures and flavours
Lamb with curry sauce and quinoa with pineapple and tomato
The mini desserts are a brilliant idea - just the right size portion and yummy! Try the ginger creme brûlée, hazelnut mousse and lemon meringue.
Larger portions - daughter says the banoffee, and ice-cream sundae were very good.
The waitress recommended the Nounat white Mallorcan wine, and it was just lovely...
