“A gem of a find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013 via mobile

A little piece of tranquility just 1 minute from the main square. Nice rooms simply furnished. Lovely garden to relax in, a pleasure from start to finish. Very friendly owners, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back.

We have just returned from our second visit to this charming little hotel and have already booked for September. It's a stone's throw from the main square in Soller but is so peaceful. The rooms are simply but tastefully furnished with lovely bathrooms and lots of hot water and everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful garden for breakfasting or just sitting and listening to the splashing of the fountain. Also a large lounge with comfortable armchairs if the weather isn't so good. A kettle, tea and coffee are provided free of charge for you to make your own whenever you like. Isabel and Xisco, the owners, are a delightful couple for whom nothing is too much trouble. They don't live on site but come in to make and serve the breakfast and then leave at midday so the hotel feels as if it were your own home. We have stayed at several different hotels in Soller but this one is the best by far.

This hotel lies in the center of Soller, in a quiet little street just below the central square. It has a beautiful garden where you can have your breakfast or just sit and read in the afternoon. The rooms are simple, tasteful, clean and very spanish. The couple that runs the hotel are both charming and very service minded. I was her for a week during easter and this was a perfect place to land after a long days walk in the mountains, or a day at the beach, to have a bath and than go out to have a good dinner in the square area.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town of Sollers; therefore location is fantastic to stroll in the town, have a drink, coffee or dinner; no need to drive anywhere in the evening for instance,
t is a charming hotel with seven rooms in a townhouse in a very quiet street; the rooms are spotless, lovely, simple and comfortable – tastefully decorated; we had one room facing the garden whcih was great and there is another room with a balcony on the 2nd floor whcih faces the garden as well (that guests who come back book months ahead!)
The breakfast is very nice and is served in the garden when the weather is fine, and changes every day – various fruit, freshly squeezed juice from local oranges and other locally sourced produce - including cheese and cold cuts.
The common areas of the hotel are very inviting – with a living room with comfy chairs, magazines to borrow, coffee and tea (that guests can prepare themselves all day long) and even bottles for aperitifs or digestifs and a small garden.
The owners are a very nice couple, who is very helpful and friendly and strives to maintain the hotel to a high standard. They trust their guests and want to make them feel at home.

I think it is one of the best options to stay at a very moderate price in Mallorca except if you want to be by the sea or you want a swimming pool. Sollers is so central. Set in a valley of the serra de Tramuntana on the East coast, it’s the perfect spot from where to explore the serra de Tramuntana,l the East and North coasts and the centre of the island. Moreover you can experience a little bit of the local life in a town like Sollers as the villages all around this area are gorgeous but hardly any local people live there.

We just spent a wonderful two weeks at the S'Ardeviu in Soller. It is a beautiful small B&B off a narrow cobbled street, a block from the charming square, with many cafes, restauants and small shops. We were told it was slightly colder than what is usual for March, but we were happy to sit in the warm sun anjoy the sights and sounds of a small town, as well as the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel has been painstakingly restored with careful detail to every aspect, by the couple who run the B&B over a 10 year period. Both are very warm and helpful, and hotel is maintained in pristine condition. Simply furnished, the room was comfortable and we loved our view of the mountains. Every morning we were provided with fresh orange juice and local fruits in season. Other parts of buffet were varied and delicious. We strongly recommend this place for a retreat which is restful and welcoming.

Room Tip: If you can, request one of the rooms with a garden view, but we loved looking over the small alley a...

This is lovely hotel! We stayed for three nights and loved the peace and the charm of the property. Our room was simply furnished with stylish antiques and lovely high ceilingsAll the room also overlooked the courtyard and it was so peaceful and calm. The owners were lovely and provided charming service and delicious breakfasts with great fresh local fruit, cheese and meat. Also a great location in central Soller.

Stayed here a couple of years ago just before taking possession of our own house in the town, where we now spend almost half the year. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the breakfast outside in the little courtyard was an absolute joy. The facilities are limited but there's a pleasant lounge with help-yourself refreshments. The location is perfect - just a stone's throw from the main square.
