“Perfect location, newly refurbished”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

Surprising that the coffee and hot chocolate is extra on top of the room. We walked from the station though it is a little too far with a suitcase. Undercover parking, room for ski gear with heated boot rate, spa, sauna. Rooms are huge and very modern. So is the bathroom which has a bath and shower. Wifi was intermittent. Central to both ski fields by free bus and short walk to the ski school, maybe 400m. Staff were helpful though smoked in the bar just off the lobby which wasn't great. Easy walking distance to the restaurants.

Breakfast is typical of Austria. Muesli, fruit, cold meats, yoghurt, breads etc and coffee custom made with a smile.

It is warm in the room so bring your summer pj's a remember to check out the neighbouring hotel lit up with fairy lights at night.

Beautiful building, very nice brand-new apartment after refurbishing. Well situated in the village, all sites in (almost) walking distance. Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Only minor issues in the fact that the management was quit nervous about the use of the (new) apartment, making us feel almost guilty to stay there. Plus when you pay over 500 € (700 $) a night, the use of the coffee-machine should really be included! Apart from that: great place.

Nice view, new, interesting and modern room design, well equipped kitchen corner, sauna, Jacuzzi pool, spacious garage, excellent situation in the silent center not far from ski-lift. Friendly owner and service.

The Hotel is good, the rooms very clean, breakfast is fantastic, the location is good near the centre, the Spa is quite small but the services offered are ok, the staff very kind and friendly.
I would just define it a 3 stars hotel, not a 4 stars.

This hotel is impeccably clean, has well appointed rooms, provides a good breakfast and is well situated. But what makes it stand out is the warmth and helpfulness of the owners. They gave us a lot of excellent advice on where to eat, which buses to get, where to hire skiis and so on, all of which made the very best use of our time,

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good.

It is in the ideal location for the nursery slopes (Geigenbuhel lift and Birkenlifte) which are walking distance and the ski bus stop for the 2 main ski areas is only a couple of minutes walk away.

The facilities in the hotel are excellent: the spa is well equipped, including a separate gym and pool table. The facilities also include a ski room with heated boot racks. The hotel is situated very close to the pedestrian area of Seefeld which has plenty of restaurants and a few bars.

We absolutely loved this hotel and it's location. The staff were welcoming, the rooms with their balconies giving scenic views were great and breakfast was really good. The only criticism is the dangerous jacuzzi. The spa in the hotel is very luxurious with steam room, sauna, fitness room and billiards room. However the jacuzzi is very large and deep and has absolutely no safety rail making it very difficult for the slightly infirm to get in and out and dangerous for children running around it. We were very concerned by it.
