Stayed at this hotel early June and enjoyed my stay immensely. Got a good deal through Tiscover and booked two rooms at the half pension (evening meal) option. While we only booked the standard rooms, we found them more than adequate and very comfortable. The only possible issue with these rooms is the lack of air conditioning which could be aproblem if the weather gets too hot. We had nice sunny days and cool evenings so did not miss it. Room decor is getting a bit tired looking but for what we paid was good value.
The meals were of good standard and the breakfast buffet had more variety than the usual hotel fare. One criticism I have with the dining service was the reluctance to give tap water. I bought drinks (wine & beer) but also would like water with my meals so having to buy useless mineral water is a waste - especially as you are in the mountains with its excellent water quality. Its a money thing I guess but spoilt what would have been a perfect stay and a 5 star review!
However, a most enjoyable 3 days and highly recommended, especially if you get a deal. Hotel is not right in town so you need to be able to walk down (and back up) the hill. There is a free bus service which gets you close by.
