Truly a 4 Star Resort in a valley. Very well designed, good landscaped and well maintained. Good housekeeping, good amenities in the rooms. However buffet lacked that 5 star rating in Dinner as well as in Breakfast. They can do much better than what they are offering. Swimming Pool could have been a bit bigger. Gym had very poor air conditioning. But these are minor issues which the management can sort out. I would recommend this resort to all.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony have great view.

Although the ambience of the hotel is good and quite, the hospitality has been taken for a toss by the rude and unfriendly staff of the hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel we had a terrible experience with the reservations desk trying to argue that the booking we had made a day before on the telephone and had a confirmed email for that was subject to availability of rooms!! Then after some arguing and screaming we were finally given a room after 45 min. Then we had a terrible experience in the pool area. Overall, the beauty of the property was completely ruined by the staff and management of the hotel. Wont go there ever again.

Ananta Spa & Resorts is a classic example of how poor management can create a horrible experience even at a wonderful property and location. We visited Ananta with family and 2 small children and were utterly disappointed by the attitude and aptitude of the front office staff and the services offered.
The front staff kept telling us that they will give us at least one room by 1pm (the supposed check-in time at their partner website - Groupon), however that never happened despite the fact that we had 2 small children with us. The staff very arrogantly showed us the check-in time to be 2PM - however, they were not able to give us all 3 rooms before 3PM (says a lot about their ethics and service values).
The biggest sham was uncovered when we entered the Classic Rooms - Ananta's website clearly mentioned that the classic rooms have private balconies however there were NO Balconies in Classic Rooms (just imagine, the website of such a prestigious property lies on their website!!!!). One of the room AC was not working and even after they rectified it, it was cooling at half the pace of a normal AC - just not acceptable from a 5-star property!! The mini-bars were not working and they gave us some silly reason for it, rather than trying to makeup for their poor amenities. They even tried to fool us by replacing the mini-bar from one of our rooms to our other room - I am really enraged at the audacity of the staff to repeatedly try and fool customers!!! ): ):
The only good thing was the food and the F&B staff - they were courteous and served excellent meals.
I would not recommend Ananta to anyone as their staff takes customers for granted and if you're lucky you might have a decent stay but the management and staff of Ananta would not have any contribution in that!! An excellent property totally wasted!! I would recommend much smaller properties in Pushkar who know how to take care of guests.

Amazing service by staff. Very well maintained property and amazing ambience. The rooms are very spacious. I really like the landscaping of the entire resort. Would love to visit this property along with family and friends.

Would love to visit here again and for a longer period. Staff is really courteous both front desk and restaurant and room are spacious and clean. I would especially like to thank Mr. Deepinder for his helpfull and fantastic service

25th Aug 2013 a Sunday ,only to Enjoy with Family after a long time ......but ANANTA ruins it Completely.The experience at Ananta starts with RUDE ,UNWELCOMING ,DISCOURTEOUS and UNTRAINED Front Office Staff ...and the excuse given by Senior Manager Ms. Monica for their behavior is a wedding booking last night and their hangover is not over..... till 1:00pm .Please Management you need to shuffle your Front office ...Mr. Surjee,Mr. Abhay,Mr. Amit all need to pull up their socks and realise that they are in service industry and FACE of the Hotel .Now the CLASSIC ROOMS .....Worse than a room in a Buget Hotel or a Lodge .. a Total Turn Off .....No Balconies ,No Mini Bar ,Toilets Blocked ,AC not working ,Delayed Service and Un attended Rooms with construction all around ...A SIMPLE NO NO ..at one point of time we planned to check out at 12 oclock midnight with a 9 month old daughter and a 3 year old kid .Mr Aryaman tried his level best with his set of Excuses and Confessision that Hotel Staff and Management knew about all the problems ....but ....and i completed his statement ..." but is still fooling its customer / Guests" .... anybody going to Ananta please think twice and you have much better options with lesser damage to your pocket ....the happier moments were in the Resturant ..with good food and good service ..thank you mr. vivan and team for making us smile .Management Please wake up ........

We had recently booked the Ananta Spa & Resorts Pushkar .. for a family wedding ..
The Resort is situated amidst hills and has amazing scenic beauty away from the bustle of the city. What is worth a mention here, other than the location, cottages/ rooms of the resort is its food and the staff (entire food and beverage team ) headed by Mr. Alkesh Tak n Mr. Devendra ..
We thank the whole support staff and wish them a very bright future in this hospitality industry ..
