“Stay away from this hotel.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2014 via mobile

I stayed here in end feb begining march. The location is nice, but thats about it.

Freezing cold, even with a heater in the room (I had to pay extra for that). It was so cold that it actually has moved my benchmark for "cold hotels". Note that this was a super delux room - I do wonder how a "regular room" is..

Breakfast is so bad that you should pop by and try it even if you dont stay here. Got some totaly weird sandwiches with frozen butter, and toast that had been given a quick burn over the gas. Coffee looked like tea, and tea tasted like coffee - I do not know what I actually had to drink. Also all lights are off, and you sit in a gloomy 24-7 dusk setting, eating a cold tasteless omelett. It was truly an experience.

Bathroom and toilet have airing, ribbed panels, directly into the hallway. This will give you a nice listen to all the morning visits to the toilet by the other guests- as you make your way to the breakfast.

Staff is useless - but polite, and smiling.

Internet was working fine!

A truly silly place! Super Delux, yeah right!

Stayed in a 3rd floor deluxe room 2 nights with friends. The location is excellent and the hotel could have been good if it wasn't for the complete run-down and lack of cleaning. We had to ask for new bed linnen as it was obious they had not been changed after the last guest checked out. The breakfast was disaster, coffee and tea tasted bad, the food was not tasty. We paied for a heater in the room but it never got near comfortable temperature. I do not recommend this hotel for any occation.

Stayed in Nov 2011 in this hotel for 2 nights... Hotel with good view provided you get rooms facing the hill view.. Very close to the Buddha temple... Also very close the market so good to walk around..But the entire market closes down by 6:30 PM and you wont find anyone on the streets.. The food is good and hot.. Overall had a good stay in the hotel..

Room Tip: Select rooms with a hill view... The other side rooms dont have any views...

Just stayed there for one day. Yes there are some issue with hotel maintenance but the staff is courteous. We were upgraded to superior deluxe room as the room which we booked was not available. So somehow that worked in our favor as we got a bigger room with hill view. Room needs maintenance.

The location of the hotel is v.good. Views from rooms of the valley is too good. Staff is courteous and ready for help. Views from Hotel Terrace is terrific. However, food and room conditions needs to be upgraded to a large extent.

Stayed here for a night, booked through Makemytrip. Staff is friendly no doubt, but the hotel is not so well maintained, shanks have cracks, showers are poor not clean in fact dirty. The location is good. The owner must look into the maintainence of the hotel.

It is well situated near buddha temple . Looks like good hotel from outside but from inside it was a terrible experience.Rooms are in poor shape .Carpets in the rooms were smelling bad.Room service too is very bad. Bathrooms are horrible. Rooms are big in size but not well managed. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is located near buddha temple.
