Loafin' Joes really can't be beat when it comes to cheaply priced, yet flavorful pizza. I've eaten in the restaurant and carried out the pizza on days when I just wanted to hang out at home.
If you order the pizza to go, the price is $4.99 per large one item pizza; if you eat in at the restaurant, the cost of the pizza is bumped up to $10.99 and up depending on how many ingredients you want on your pizza. There is a sign hanging in the restaurant which warns customers who want to eat their carryout pizza in the restaurant that they will be charged eat-in prices. I'm not sure why the restaurant does this. They are rarely busy and it's a pretty small restaurant with only a handful of tables available for patrons. The restaurant decor is quite colorful - the floors consist of large black and white squares and the walls are painted a really nasty pea-green color.
I usually get the thin crust cheese and/or pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni they use has a flavorful kick to it, and it's hard to stop eating at just a piece or two of pizza. Seriously - it's that good.
As for the salads, they are quite large and served piled-high on a large plate. They are loaded with your choice of ingredients, and there are many variations available. My one suggestion, though, is to ask for the dressing on the side so you can control how much is put onto the salad.
The restaurant also serves submarine sandwiches, but I haven't tried them yet.
All in all - a good place to eat.
