This was not our first visit here, but I think will be our last. The food here is very good, which makes it such a shame when the overall experience overshadows the food. We arrived with a reservation, but seating us in the near empty restaurant seemed to be a problem because "regulars" had later reservations. We ordered fairly quickly since we knew what we wanted from previous visits. A WHOLE HOUR later we had long finished our drinks and we're still waiting for our salads. Even having asked about them at the half hour mark...we even had to ask for bread! The wait for our entrees was another half hour....we actually were getting ready to just leave when they arrived. The razorback risotto is delicious, but in my opinion not worth the wait. Would rather go to P.F. Changes where earlier in the week we waited just 10 minutes for entree orders to be taken and they offered a free appetizer for the wait. Here, nothing.....no apology or even a manager cruising the restaurant to see how things were going.
