Embassy is a pretty good chain normally, but I was especially pleased with their Rogers location. The atrium is extremely nice, and the customer service was excellent. There was a minor issue booking the stay involving some confusing wording on their website, and we were upgraded to a corner suite at no charge, which was twice as big as the standard suites. The rooms were extremely clean, the furniture was comfortable and modern yet tasteful. All the appliances in the kitchenette were very clean and appeared new, and the bedroom was large and very comfortable. The views from the window were nothing spectacular, but what do you expect in the middle of a construction area next to the interstate? I'd definitely book a stay there again.

  • Liked — Modern decor with a beautiful ten story atrium
  • Disliked — Accessibility is difficult with the highway being under construction

I stayed here for three nights in April.

Embassy Suites is relatively new. The lobby is great - very open & light with very innovative & open check-in desks. All the staff are very polite & service oriented. I checked the process for dry cleaning & housekeeping checked with me 2 times that I was ok to drop the bag off at reception & that I did not want them to collect it for me!

I attended a conference hosted by the ES & the snacks & drinks were extensive. Large portions, as expected in US - only minor niggle would be the food is a little bland but that could be my Asian adjusted palate speaking.

Also a coffee shop in the lobby selling Starbucks coffee! Great!

The rooms are typical ES suites - two rooms, with large, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, on demand movies, small kitchenete & decent sitting room. Clean & comfortable.

Opposite is a small mall with lots of decent restaurants & 'bars' to choose from. Being a dry county, you have to 'join' the bar club to drink but that is no hassle!

  • Liked — Lobby and staff
  • Disliked — Limited spicy food I could find

We went for Thanksgiving Weekend to just get away. The rooms were very nice and the service was great. The breakfast was amazing BUT the evening snacks were VERY LACKING.... it was pretzels and soda. The pool was very small, but clean. The steam room was a nice surprise. The SPA was AMAZING and the prices were great for massages.

  • Liked — Cleanliness of Rooms and the Size of Rooms
  • Disliked — THe evening Snacks were trivial and there isn't much to do around the area.

This is a new lovely hotel which is in the high end area of Rogers. The Pinnacle Promenade Mall is right across the highway which features nice shopping and restaurants. It is also very close the new St Mary's Hospital which just opened in Rogers. The lobby is beautiful and the room we stayed in was clean and very well appointed. 2 flat screen TV's, refrigerator and microwave. We did not have the famous breakfast that Embassy Suites is famous for as we slept in. The only thing we didn't like was we came in a little before 10:00 pm and went into the bar and it was closing. It seemed really early to close a bar but in fairness that may be a law in Arkansas, I don't know. Otherwise, the visit was superb and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Northwest Arkansas region.

  • Liked — Lovely hotel, shopping and dining close by
  • Disliked — Bar closed at 10:00

This hotel is a gem. Not what I was expecting for Arkansas. The rooms were clean and well decorated with all the conveniences a seasoned traveler needs. The shower was a bit cold the first morning I was there, but did not have any trouble after that. The property is a refreshing retreat in a business world.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in late January 2008 while he attended a trade show in the attached convention center. I stay in hotels about 50 nights a year so I've seen it all. And this Embassy Suites was a delightful suprise. The suite-sized room was large and attractive. It felt newly decorated and was very clean. The bed was very comforable--we slept great.

The hotel recently added a new wing with a beautiful spa and one of the nicest workout rooms I've ever seen in a hotel. Large, bright, very new equipment.

All of the staff we deal with were friendly and very accomodating.

This hotel sits in a new business park. There were plenty of very nice restaurants within walking distance.

I'd happily stay at this hotel again. A great experience.

  • Liked — New, clean and great service
  • Disliked — Paying for internet service.
