“unforgettable restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2014 NEW

We tried a very tasty kabab and fresh lemon juice with mint. After the owner advised us to try shish lemon with mint - delicious! We can recommend all Petra visitors to stay and relax at this place. Nice view from the balcony, very tasty food and drinks and an excellent service made our stay there unforgettable.

“Great Experiences”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2014 NEW

We had a selection of fantastic mixed barbecue meats and vegetables with the some delicious homemade bread and gorgeous halloumi cheese. The owner Sami was really friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome in his beautiful, clean restaurant. Definitely our best dining experience in Jordan and would highly recommend it to anyone lucky enough to be visiting Petra.

“WOW”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2014 NEW

Good menu of Western and local dishes, good service, easy to get in and out. I liked the babaganouj which was more minced eggplant than the traditional paste...something different.

“Going to Petra? Stop here for dinner!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2014

Thanks to tripadvisor reviews, we decided to get dinner here. A group on 6 of us were seated right away (we had the place to ourselves). Good menu of Western and local dishes, good service, easy to get in and out. I liked the babaganouj which was more minced eggplant than the traditional paste...something different. The kids were happy with pasta, but if you order a hotdog for the kids ask for it plain.

Also, be sure to get the fried white cheese!

The host/waiter was a Bedouin man who was very pleasant and interesting to talk to. This is a no-brainer.....solid food, nice people, why go anywhere else?

“Best food in Wadi Musa!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2014

Three steps above the rest! This new restaurant, on the main drag going into Petra, is a must. The owner takes great care to have fresh ingredients, homemade breads and spices, and their own delicious pomegranate spread. The lamb was perfectly spiced and cooked. It's nothing like the other options in Wadi Musa because it's not the standard tourist menu. Do yourself a favor and go here! You won't be disappointed.
