We just returned for the second year from our trip to Mountain View and our stay at the Inn at Mountain View ran by Mark & JoAnn Nelson. Last year was the first year we had ever stayed at a Bed & Breakfast. We were not sure what to expect so we took a modest room and planned a lot out around the town. Mark & JoAnn were great hosts and the Inn was a great place to stay. This year we decided we wanted to go back and because of Mark & JoAnn's hospitality we will be planning to go back again next year. They serve an excellent country breakfast and are very knowledgeable about events going on in the area. Mark & JoAnn provide a great Christian atmosphere and pray for breakfast each morning and for their guests. If you are looking for a quiet time, a time to both physically and spiritually refresh this is a great place to go. It is a place that provides an atmosphere a century ago when people care about their neighbors and when nobody seem to be in a hurry everywhere they went. There are so many things to do if you wanted to fill your time up with site seeing but for us it was great to just have some time to relax and refresh.
