We visited the restaurant in February 2013. After a long discussion we were offerred to sit in the balcony and after about half-an-hour the waiter took our order. Strangely enough, quite a substantial portion of the menu was sold out. We were hungry, after a long day trip, and compromised.
as we were a group of 6 people, we sat outside, drank and chatted, and did not noticed that more than 90 minutes had passed since we placed our order. it was about half-past-ten and it became chilly in the balcony so we requested to move inside.
By then, they have realised they forgot our order and told us they have given it to other guests....
it took another half-an-hour until we got our orders. 3 were not cooked (we got actually rear frozen fish.... forget the fact that it was a different fish than we ordered....).
All this time, no one bothered to tell us what was happening and we had to ask and ask... as this was practically the only restaurant in the village, we stayed.... but we must stress this was horrible. The staff was very hostile and rude to us, trying to rup it up in a smooth language.
In the end, they apologized, but did not mean it and offered us 20% discount! in our country this would not have happened....
