“It has a potential to be great.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2014 via mobile

My family planned an overnight b-day celebration for me at angelfields. I was pretty happy that our five dogs can join in the celebration. We arrived at the venue and got the dogs out of the van. We were to stay at Casita Francesca. The Casita had its own perimeter wall so my dogs were secure to wander the entire yard of the Casita. However I think they did not prepare for our arrival. Extra matresses did not have fitted sheets or covers, the laundry room of the hotel was also part of our Casita so the staff were in and out of our area, but the worst part was that no one checked all the rooms. In the kitchen was a Box with newly born kittens and their mom. So when the dogs started exploring... It turned pretty gruesome. My mom and my sisters were very distressed with what happened. And all this could have been prevented if only proper preparations were done before our check in time. Suffice to say, we did not use the big kitchen at all since we also doubted it's cleanliness. We were also being charged for extra coffee which we had to dispute during the included breakfast. Drinks are included but the serving staff thought it wasn't. Place is nice but the experience left us a little traumatized.

A very serene and nice place. Great location for weddings, retreats, team buildings or just a "barkada" (group of friends)/ family getaway. All staffs were so accomodating.. We rented 2 casitas.. Both equipped with mini kitchen, refrigirator, coffee maker, and other stuffs u'll need like spoon, fork, drinking glasses, plates and even few cooking wares. Tho we still brought our own kitchen stuffs. Bathrooms are with hot and cold shower.. Complete from hand towels to bath towels.. We had our bible study there and The group really enjoyed the cold place.. Very cold we did not even put on the air conditions of our rooms and let the cool breeze enter our place. It was a very relaxing experience for us.. Faraway from work, stress and pollution. The place will let you feel that u are one with nature. Excited for our next bonding here in Angelfields.. :)
