My wife and I return and return to Antonio's. It is more than a fine dining restaurant, it is a destination where we unwind, take our time hoping time goes by as slowly as possible. Yes a little pricey but well worth it. Our recent trip had us sharing oysters (extremely fresh, served with himalayan salt, lemon etc..) and a foie gras terrine which was absolutely delicious. The salad with the raspberry vinaigrette is freshly picked daily from the restaurant gardens and the soup was very good (just a little salty for our taste). My rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and the cardamom beurre blanc excellent while my wife enjoyed a panfried fillet of sole. She had a chocolate souffle with cardamom creme anglaise while I had a passion fruit pavlova (extraordinary). Overall, we have never been disappointed at Antonio's and if some restaurant do this or that dish a little better, the overall dining experience is, for us, one of the best there is.
