Stayed here with my family last weekend. Super good service!!! Staff were very accomodating and courteous, they will always check on you and ask if you are ok. They serve good and sumptuous menu, thumbs up with their crispy pata, sizzling bulalo and yummy desserts (fruit salad)... Keep up the good work!!! I will definitely come back and stay there again.. We stayed for a month, had many positives to take away, and no complaints. Nice clean room with everything working, swift, polite service always available, excellent food with plenty of variety, nice little touches in presentation, and very convenient for all attractions (picnicing, horse-riding, Taal Lake and Volcano - unmissable! - and the awesome Palace In The Sky) A definite 'YES' ! PS A note to the hoteliers in Tagaytay. Why don't you all get together and provide a common minibus service for your tourist guests around town, instead of forcing us to rely on those ghastly uncomfortable jeeps and tricycles? We would be much more inclined to return to this beautiful place!

The Good:
-Trouble free reservation
-The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. *Special thanks to Ren*
-Affordable room rates, spotless and fresh! relaxing! I wont mind staying in the whole day. We stayed on their superior (standard) room, I have to say for only 2k its worth it!
-Hot and Cold shower works perfectly!
- Complimentary breakfast was good! very much edible =)
- Enough parking space.

Things they can improve on.
-wifi speed/range
-Bed, literally too bouncy! (I can only speak for superior room)

Thank you for a warm and wonderful experience!!! We will see you soon!
Keep up the good work!

We never regret spending our Anniversary here. Our whole stay was so amazing! Great staff and service. Red Lemon Grill is the name of their 1st class restaurant. Very affordable and is worth the price. The food served was very tasteful and not to mentioned their great edible art. We were very surprised how creative they are in serving the food. They told us their chef is very famous and respected chef in Tagaytay Highlands. We felt lucky to be one of his customers. Try their drinks too. My special favorite is the Italian soda and Carrot Orange Juice..very healthy and tasty. The staff arranged our anniversary dinner too. From the romantic background music, lighting, flowers and location. Two thumbs up. AI love the staff and the service! Keep it up!

This is the first time Im writing a review about a hotel after all my travels in different places, coz I felt compelled to guide other tourists in avoiding this hotel.

Reviews about this hotel are MISLEADING, maybe the reviews were made by hotel staff or the owners. We are disinterested third parties, who unfortunately stayed in this hotel ...

We opted to try this place because of positive reviews, and to our surprise, we were treated like peasants there! I was not expecting a superb room for the price of P2,000 in tagaytay. However, I did not expect we will be placed in a Dungeon like room better than most motels in manila. The so called "econo room" was so depressing. It was so small and old in a basement like area. The equipments like the shower heater, aircon and even the hanger of clothes are more than 8 ft high which make it unsuitable to asians, its as if they don’t want guests to use it. The room has old flooring partnered with cheap chairs and a table. Worse, the hotel staff were not helpful and unwilling to reach out for simple requests (which is totally the opposite of the reviews we’ve read before checking in this motel, I mean hotel!). We’ve tried a number of budget hotels in tagaytay in the past and this is the WORST!

So, even if your in a budget, go somewhere else and find a decent hotel for the same price.

We sincerely regret that your stay was not at all pleasant. Rest assured that we are evaluating your comments regarding the room, and we will make adjustments where applicable.

The area where we are very concerned about is service, and in your experience specifically, the lack of it. We are serious about this and want to take corrective action with the particular staff who, in your words, “did not even lift a finger to help”. We would like to discuss this with you in greater detail

We hope that you will get in touch with us at 0917-5446396 or email us at dj_viewpark@yahoo.com. We welcome any opportunity to improve our offerings. Getting to the bottom of what happened, especially regarding our staff, will go a long way to improve our products and services.
