hi there. the place is awesome, relaxing & calming. receptionist forgot to attend to me during check in though, probably bec of the other guests. but the lady redeemed herself when i called her attention. suggest them to be alert. or other staff or the manager to help out. forgot my healthway voucher but what was great was isabel did not make it difficult for me. she agreed that i send it over to the spa's manila office. i just emailed her the photo of the voucher to assure her that i have it really but just forgot to bring it. promise to have my messenger send it in your manila address on jan2.

dining & recreational areas are superb. garden, room design, outdoor spa huts, pool, play areas are fantastic, every nook! pool towels are old & rough, they need to be replaced with new ones.

massage spa services are great but pricey. the massage head board in the couples room is hard, not comfy & smells soiled.

cricket sound at night, flower bees, lady bugs, landscaping, wow nature at its best!

rosal room is just right. we love the linen's fragrant smell but the throw pillow cases need to be laundried, it smells old & unwashed. the garbage can foot press is broken, needs to be changed because we had to hold the lid with our hands. the cabinet door knob is also being detached everytime we open, we had to put it back always. love the furnishings though. simple & classy.

the village design is well thought of. however, the stairs going up the dining is not for senior people though. you may want to have an elderly or handicap passage. i saw an elderly almost tripped along the staircases.

room attendants were so friendly & greeting us everytime they see us. they were very helpful & prompt. i didnt get the same from the female american manager though. was expecting she would lead what seems to be a standard friendly culture. i would just see her sit or talk to the staff but would not extend greetings.

i was apprehensive about no room phones & only bells, but i get it, it gives the personal service touch. i forgot the 'no tv cable' too bec the place is a sanctuary to be enjoyed.

dining agreed to re-heat & serve the roasted chicken we bought from sonya's garden, appreciate it. but breakfast was late. they should be ready atleast 10 minutes early. an elderly lost his patience not being attended to, all he needed was coffee. a number of us was seated but noone bothered to attend to the guests.

we saw the camp being set up with soft linens, make us want to try the camping experience next time.

what we enjoyed the most was the tai chi with querobee. that was the icing in the cake for us. querobee is a treasure. he is very accomodating & he didnt just teach us, he clearly explained the exercise. here's the great part, we gave him a cash tip but he refused to accept. we feel his genuine warmth, enthusiasm & service, what a guy! you should promote this man! he even sent us tea by the pool. going the extra mile is truly a key to an excellent service. we will definitely return to your place if only for people like querobee.

we definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs relaxation. kudos to a great place & team!

Dear Ms. Lizabubu,

Good day. thank you for visiting us and for taking the time to write a beautiful review. Isabel was so glad reading your kind words. She is our Front Office Manager. She takes care of all the guests and making sure all is in place. She is also our Spa Manager and your feedback on the bed was already taken care of.

Thank you on our comment on the pool towel, pillow cases and door knobs. Our Housekeeping supervisor took care of it.

We are also doing something on the PWD pathway so disabled and old ones won't have a hard time around the village.

We also called the attention of our F&B Department regarding the late service and rest assured we are doing something about it.

As for the american girl, she is our intern from the united States. We deeply apologize if you felt some insincerity on her. She didn't mean any harm nor didn't mean to make you feel that way. For that, she would like to apologize and hoping she can talk to you when you visit us again.

Querobe is one of our most outstanding employees. He is really a gem and your kind words and praises bring all smiles to his face. Your praises are worth more than any money.

Again, thank you very much and yes we would love for you to try the glamping next time. We are sure you will enjoy it so much.

Thank you and hoping to see you again here.

Best,
Krishna Krishna

Stayed last Friday with the family. Isabela and another person named Leslie was very accommodating and very helpful with our needs. The massage was okay, but what truly stand out was the attention to details and the genuine service that they offer to us. Francis, Querube and the guy in the resto gave us a wonderful experience. They were all very attentive to all our needs and always gives that service with a smile attitude.

There are mixed reviews in the site, but I guess given the experience we will definitely come back to enjoy what they have to offer.

The staff and service were excellent. We stayed in their new Premium Ifugao Huts. 3 single beds for the 3 of us that went, there was even a loft space for a fourth person if needed. The room even had a Samsung flatscreen tv with cable and a DVD player - DVDs can be borrowed. Very nice, cozy accommodations, and the bathroom was huge. Beautifully maintained property, and you can tell that the staff are so proud of the property and the work that they do there.

A few notes:

-No robes available
-you can request to borrow flip-flops
-have a cellphone handy so you can get ahold of the front desk
-there's construction going on at different parts of the spa, so prepare for loud hammering if you are having breakfast there.

Dear Ms. Pam2akai,

Good day to you. Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay here with us. We are very grateful to be of service to you and to your friends. True to what you mentioned, all of us here are very proud of our newly built Ifugao Huts. Feedback and suggestions from our clients are very much welcome for us to improve on our services.

As for other concerns, robes are on request, but we are planning to replace our robes with more sophisticated ones. Since we don't have phone inside the rooms, we really encourage the guests to text or call us for any concerns. We are already considering having phone extensions inside the rooms for quick communication.

As for the construction, I do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced while you were here. Rest assured that whatever construction is going on right now is for the betterment of the property. It will be done soon.

On behalf of the management and all Nurture Spa Village staff, thank you very much for visiting us and hopefully this won't be that last visit.

Again, thank you and looking forward to welcoming you and your friends again.

Best regards,
-Krishna

The road trip was worth it once you reach Nurture. It was truly a serene place where you will feel you are one with nature. Massage was not as outstanding but the ambience made it more therapeutic. We started to recommend it to our friends already and everyone's looking forward to visit. My husband thought of this trip to conclude my birthday. He made me feel so special by making this a part of his gift list ♡

Altho only 65kms south of Makati - the trafiic usually means you take a good 1.5-2.0 hrs to get there. The view of the lake and volcano from the rim at Taygatay is spectacular and a welcome pause here before finding the non-descript road that leads to the Nurture Spa & Resort. Set in a lush tropical setting - you are immediately relaxed with the welcome and musical greeting from the resort staff. I stayed in the comfortable 3-bed bungalow. just a few metres from the central building housing the restaurant and the reception area. A truly relaxing environment, giving you the option to do lots or nothing. The spa/wellness facilities are immaculate, and the staff well-trained and courteous. Meals that were eaten were delicious and typical of Filipina fare, and the "detox" drinks made fresh daily by the chef were fitting for a "wellness" resort. I would liked to have stayed longer here as 1 night does not do the property justice. What a joy to see that the staff are multi-tasked doing music and dance performances in the evenings, as well as their "normal" work.

We took the bus to Nasugbu, Batangas. Got off at Magallanes Square Complex in Tagaytay City. Got on a tricycle to Nurture Spa. Very accessible.

Upon entering the premises, we were transported to a soothing place. The room's design is relaxing. The whole place is a picture of serenity.

The body massage before we slept was calming. The following morning, we had the foot massage. It was a good way to end our stay.

Our weekend at Nurture Spa renewed our senses and recharged our bodies for the new work week.

Went to Tagaytay for a quick breather. This Spa was suggested by our Hotel. Made an appointment for a 1hour couples massage (2800 php for two pax), upon arrival the reception was nice and my first impression was, this must be a top notch Spa. We had to fill out a questionnaire which will be handed to the therapists asking questions like: how you feel as of present, how you want to feel after the massage, which areas they should pay special attention to in their massage etc.

We got escorted to the Massage room, walking through their nice well kept garden my positive first impression got reconfirmed. When we arrived at the Massage room my first disappointment, it was a small room, oddly furnished and nothing of charming and relaxing atmosphere. The Massage itself was nothing but the same you would get at any Massage Parlor in Makati for 400 php. The therapists didn't pay any special attention to the areas i marked on their initial questionnaire. The therapist of my girlfriend even left the room twice during the massage.

the second disappointment was, that our Massage was scheduled for 9:15pm we got picked up at 9:20 and massage started at 9:30, at 10:15 it was finished already and we received our tea. so thats 45minutes instead of the 1 hour booked. when i checked the logbook the therapist wrote 9:10 until 10:15.

i wanted to address this to the Staff at the reception but it was closed already, so we left to some degree feeling ripped off and surely not pampered.

I wouldnt recomment this place for having a massage as you can get the same treatment for much less the cost.
