This hotel has changed names but could do with a facelift. I stayed here for 3 nights on my own and the room was $50 per night. They were expecting 2 people as they asked me for the second passport. They didn' t drop the price ofcourse. I had what was call a luxery room (it was written on the hotel voucher) but i'm still trying to find the luxery involved. Good breakfast but not the best I had in Burma in a rather cool setting in the garden as it was January and mornings and nights were cold. Lots and lots of mosquitos in both the bathroom and bedroom, I went and got someone to spray the room then I couldn't go back inside for 2 hours as the product they used was so toxic it made me cough and vomit for that longer of time. No chairs on the balcony so I sat on the concrete steps when I need air or didn't want to be inside. Nice little pool which got crowed around 4pm and no deck chairs available and they haven't heard of cousins so you are on the wooden frames. There are cheaper rooms at $35 in the older blocks which also have AC,fridge and bathroom. Close to about 10 restaurants and there are always horse and charts waiting just across the road to take you to were ever or you can rent a bike at the hotel and near bye.
