I find it really important to review hotels I stay at as it certainly affects my judgement when searching for my next holiday. This hotel is very nice, great location and extremely clean and newly refurbished. Stayed here 22nd sept for 1 week. Were very lucky to have amazing weather. Our room was huge but balcony a let down as it looked out over a load of hotel aircon units but I guess that's the luck of the draw. Didn't tip the maids till the day we left but they often made cool stuff out of the towels/scattered rose petals etc. main bar staff a bit slow, entertainment team great not too pushy and a lot of fun. We were a group of 4 in our late twenties and were not up for joining in at the daytime activities but the team still sat and had a chat most days. Entertainment at night was poor not much talent and finished early. Felt would have been good to have a disco or karaoke as the one night they did that it pulled in the crowds but finished by 9. Not much near hotel to go and see but as I was up for a lazy week it suited me. A la carte at bonsai restaurant was awful they really rushed you and to be honest there was just too much and as it was dragged in from main kitchen it was cold but hey it was no extra cost so can't complain. Beach BBQ restaurant was lovely. On my birthday they gave me flowers and a cake nice touch!!! All in all for 400 pound each for a week in a nice hotel with great weather it was well worth it but I probably would not visit the hotel again as I would want just that bit more for a few more pounds :-)

Stayed here for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct. Our first impression when you walk into reception was good but this very quickly deteriorated, the rooms are not clean, the maid spends around 5 minutes a day cleaning the room and we had dead flies on our bedroom floor for at least 5 days, the rooms are dusty and the bathroom is definitely not cleaned to a suitable standard.. Staff are incompetent, particuarly the ones in the main bar, reception and restaurant, staff cannot understand you and have no concept of customer service, you often wait 10-15 minutes to get served and when you do the drinks order is invariably wrong. The Animation team in general are OK but it gets very weary being asked every day to play archery, darts or something else when you have just gone to relax and unwind even though we told them that we just wanted to relax and read a book. One member of the animation team quite openly told us that he often sleeps with 2-3 female guests a night! Not something we really wanted to hear so beware female visitors as I am sure the risk of catching something is raised through this!! The food is incredibly repetative unless you like chicken every day, be careful as two of our party were ill after eating in the restaurant. We did complain to our Thomson rep and will be taking this up with them on our return to the UK. We did meet some very nice English couples whilst we were there and this helped us get throught the two weeks. Every guest we spoke to was of the same opinion as us and will not be visiting this hotel again.

Stayed here for two weeks in September with my fiancé and had a great time! The hotel is spotless and everyone works so hard despite probably terrible wages, especially the cleaners! A bonus was having plenty sun beds and the lifeguards would always get you a mat :) You'll always get people having a whinge about the food but it was gorgeous, some people just can't be pleased. The only bad points was that it was cloudy most of our first week (obviously not the hotel's fault) and some of the non English guests were really rude, pushing in and just generally had no manners whatsoever! Only met a handful of other British people and some nice Polish people who all felt the same about the other guests. We ate at the outdoor BBQ restaurant which was lovely, but the waiter/manager was rude and moody! This applies to a couple of the bar staff in the main bar too, they seemed angry if you ordered a cocktail as if it was too much effort. The rest were excellent though. Our waiter Waled was brilliant and so were the animation team, especially Blacky Nino Shrek Fatima Mido and Gonzalez! Always made us laugh!!! The photographer is lovely too and we got some nice pics thanks to him :) all in all had a fantastic holiday and miss it lots! Love Michelle and Steven x

Lovely hotel, very clean, massive bedrooms, really quiet at night. The room was serviced every day and the cleaners were all well mannered and pleasant. The food was fine, not altogether my cup of tea but very acceptable. My husband had a go at most things, I wasn't quite so adventurous, it's a foreign country so what do you expect!! Whalid Salim, one of our waiters was the loveliest person we met while on holiday, his english is perfect and he was really helpful.
The bar staff were a bit ignorant and they did have a tendancy to serve the Russians and Polish first, they also conversed with them quite a lot and we thought they were sometimes a bit rude. They did also argue a lot, we thought that was funny.
The Animation Team were very entertaining, tons better than the bar staff. They tried to involve everyone. A big thumbs up to them.
On the whole it was a great week, plenty to do......if you wanted to! we went to relax, on the beach every day, sun, sea and sand and that's exactly what we did.

What can i say............FANTASTIC!! This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are massive, clean and we had a wonderful see view. The animation team were very friendly and cheeky but it was all good fun. The food was lovely and fresh with something for everyone. Our waiter Ammar was lovely, he couldn't do enough for us and didn't expect anything in return. The hotel is situated on a lovely stretch of beach you fancy relaxing. There is also the animation pool, all the activities and slides are here which is great fun. After a very rocky start to our holiday it turned out to be fantastic because of our stay at this hotel. Thank you everyone :)
