I can't tell you what the food is like here, which makes this a bit pointless as a restaurant review. However, I'm posting this as advice, should you be thinking of eating here.
The concept sounds good, and presumably they are popular, but having tried to eat here a few times, I would advise that you confirm your booking, re-confirm, and then maybe make sure that you have a back-up plan as well. Coming from Cape Town, we have hoped to stop on our way past, but hadn't been able to find a time that they were open. Fortunately on this trip they were open, and I made a booking for Sunday, at 1pm, via their sms system. What we weren't told, is that you have to be there at 12, so when we arrived we were informed that we were too late, as the meals are served a course at a time, so we couldn't "catch-up". As we were going to be heading back to Cape Town the next Sunday, we made a booking while we were there, and confirmed the 12pm start.
When we arrived, promptly at 12, the place looked very quiet. We eventually found some staff in the kitchen area, who told us that they were closed, as there weren't sufficient bookings. At this point another 2 couples and a family had also arrived, and we queried why we hadn't been notified. Apparently the manager had just left to go home to call everybody! They also told us that there had been 6 people prior to our arrival, who also hadn't been told about the cancellation, so I'm not sure how many people they need to open, or when they make the decision to pull the plug.
