Today i visited our lovely Mazzios and had a terrible experience. As normal we sat ourselves during the lunch hour. There were only a hand full of customers and a ton of employees. After a friend had gone to fix her plate i waited at the table just in case the waitress comes.No one ever showed. She returned to the table and i went to fix my plate. At this point no one even acknowledges that we have entered the building. I finish fixing my plate and no one still had not checked on us for our drinks. Ten minutes had passed and i finally asked a young woman were we sitting in a closed area even though there were people in the same section. At this point i am livid. She asks someone else and they began to argue about the table. At the point i grab my things and head towards the door. i explained to the manager what was going on but he seemed not to care. He simply stated did i want a drink and buffet. WTF. i came to eat not to visit. I said no we just want to go. He apologized for the hell of saying he had done it. He never tried to rectify the situation. His demeaner simply said get the hell out. So that's what i did. So to all people living in the jonesboro, ar area customer service is greatly lacking in this establishment and they really could use some traing, starting with the manager.
