We weren't sure what to expect of Michael's, as this was our first visit. When we pulled in, it was apparent it was in an old Western Sizzlin'. That's sort of what the experience there was like. It's a casual family restaurant with a primarily Italian menu. The service was very attentive and friendly.
I had a sampler pasta platter, and I enjoyed it; my wife wasn't all that excited about her spaghetti with Italian sausage - it was a bit too greasy for her liking. The salad bar was a lot like what you get at a Western Sizzlin'.
The prices were reasonable, and we were in and out quickly. Set your expectations appropriately, and you'll be satisfied.
