“Lovely festive day out for all the family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

We had a lovely time at Drusillas, Father and Mother Christmas and elf were great. The children received a lovely present and they were over the moon to see the husky dogs. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a great day out and to get into the spirit of Christmas.

“Compact zoo that's a great visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

This place is a little gem that is really worth visiting. I have wonderful childhood memories of regularly visiting Drusilla's forty five years ago and it was with some trepidation that a return visit would spoil them. The current owners have packed the place with wonderful exhibits but kept the important thing in my memory, the miniature railway. The animal collection is well displayed and look interested in life. There are no large beasts here suffering in small enclosures. Druscillas could up the ante on the catering though. It is not up to modern standards.

“See the otters at feeding time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

We visited Drusillas Park in late November on a rainy day but parents, grandparents and our three-year-old daughter had a wonderful time dashing from one dry spot to the next. There is an outstanding indoor playground for small children and the train ride around the park which lasts only a few minutes brought big smiles. If you have a chance to visit the otters at feeding time, they are as cute as they come!

“Keeper for the day at Drusillas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

What a fantastic experience! My daughter spent the day with Katie, one of the keepers, who introduced her to Meercats, Capybaras, Raccoons and Penguins to name but a few. A full on day, packed with facts and information, feeding and getting up close to all manner of creatures. Highly recommended by us both. Brilliant idea for a Birthday present!
