The map shows the route to Ahu Akivi as being unpaved, but actually it was paved, so it wasn't as daunting as we thought. Surprisingly, Ahu Akivi is located in the middle of farming fields which we didn't see elsewhere in Rapa Nui. The Moai look towards the water and are very accessible. This site was almost vacant when we went there, so it felt very private. I don't recall any facilities there.
