stayed with my wife and daughter for 3 nights last July. Had a great time. Played golf atg a course across the street which was a great deal. Trad English breakfast was what we needed. Stayed in the Wye suite which was a good size and beautiful old style. They provided a playpen for our daughter. Meals were excellent. Grounds were beatiful and we tried to go for a swim in the shallow river but the water was freezing, but one can't blame the hotel for that! All in all a great place to see the Welsh countryside.

We spent a delightful 3 days at Caer Beris where the service and food were exemplary. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional, the food eaten in the 16th century dining hall was of local produce and delicious and our bedroom was large, tastefully decorated with a modern ensuite bathroom. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. And the surroundings in the heart of Wales countryside are stunning as we strolled along the banks of the River Irfon which runs through the grounds of the hotel. We certainly plan to come back.

Just wanted to let you know that we held our wedding at Caer Beris and it was our dream venue. Surrounded by beautiful countryside snd set about a half mile down its own drive it was idyllic. It has a river running through the grounds it was so peaceful and secluded that we were able to party all night long as we had hired the whole hotel and had it to ourselves. The Staff were excellent attentive without being intrusive. The food was stupendous and all our guests commented how fantastic the day was for them as well as us. We held the ceremony in the hotel which was so special. Thank you for everything, everyone at Caer Beris you made our wedding the wedding we dreamed it would be.

We stayed overnight at Caer Beris the building and grounds were fantastic and dinner was very good.Our room was small but comfortable and the service at the bar and at dinner was faultless.It was a shame the same could not be said about breakfast ,service was very slow,bacon and fryed eggs dryed up and the sausages never arrived even though we asked for them twice.
